Servicing / maintenance of multiple section of LT Panel board in one substation comprising minimum up to 05 Nos ACBs/ MCCBs/SDFs ,busbar chamber, swich gear chamber, metering chamber cable termination/tray chamber after opening front/top/side/back cover by using forced air pressure and brushes, cleaning of all dust/durt, complete cleaning of out side surface of panel board using suitable cleaning agents, tighting of all nuts & bolts of busbar/switchgear/cable terminals, repair / replacement to defective metering wiring from ACB/MCCB/CT to meter and replacement of defective meters, CTs, indicator lamp, metering terminal blocks, MCB, replacement of defective aluminum cable lugs, nuts-bolts-washers, replacement of defective Panel knob/door knob and hinges complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Panel Meter, indicator lamp, MCB and CT will be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (ii) required aluminium cable lugs, metering cables and nuts-bolts-washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate. (iii) Servicing/maintinance of ACBs measured seperatelly.

Servicing, repair, maintenance of Air Circuit Breaker 630 Amps to 3200 Amps capacity by drawing out movable unit, forced air cleaning of movable and fixed unit, decarbonize breaker contracts and checking for any defects due to any flush / loose contact, cleaning of all fixed and moving contact point, terminal connection points with CTC, replacement of defective parts and re-fixing ACB, cables completes complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) required male/female ACB contacts, trip coils, closing coils, electronic protection unit will be measured as supply only. (b) all cleaning agents are included in the quoted rate.

Material & labour for painting of outer surface of multiple section of complete LT Panel board size up to 5.5 m x 3.2 in one substation comprising ACBs / MCCBs / SDFs , busbar chamber, swich gear chamber, metering chamber cable termination / tray using one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface, providing protection cover to all metering equipment, panel meters, switchgears, cleaning of all meters and switch gears complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replace of LT panel cubical / truck indoor made out of 2mm thick CRCA steel sheet treated and powder coated. Prewired, factory made, dust and vermin proof, double door with weather proof rubber gaskets and with Godrej type lock, cable gland etc. and consisting of the following complete all as specified and as directed : (i) Elecrolytic aluminium Bus bar of capacity 800 Amps for phases and 400 Amps for nutral (ii) ACB 800 Amps 65 kA Mannual draw out type as incommer -01 (iii) MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps rating, 35 kA breaking capacity with adustable thermal & adustable magnetic setting as out going -03 Nos (iv) MCCB 315 Amps Rating, 35 kA breaking capacity with adustable thermal & adustable magnetic setting as out going -02 Nos. (v) MCCB 200 Amps Rating, 35 kA breaking capacity with adustable thermal & adustable magnetic setting as out going -02 Nos.

Material & labour for shfting of LT panel to another place with in Dockyard complex by using crain / main power after disconnecting main incommer and out going cable connection carefully including making cement concrete plinth and mounted cearefully including painting by using enalmeld paint two coat and connect incommer and out going cable andchecking the all out going connectin shall be in original position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : If required lenght of cable cable, joint kit shall be paid and measure seperaterly.

Taking down unserviceable / burnt cable end termination by isolating power supply from transformer/LT panel disconnecting burnt/faulty cable from the bunch of cables in trenches/duct, removing cable loop and material and labour for making Re-rout, cable termination of 3 1/2 core armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 400 sqmm, 1100 volts with suitable size of cable glands, aluminium lugs duly crimpled and insulated with insulation tape (in different colours) duly replaced the rusted nuts, bolts and washers of nickel chromium plated with new ones and applying petroleum jelly, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for filling the road / hard standing cut for laying cable with PCC 1:2:4, type B2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dimantling, taking out all earth connection of strip from panel board to earth test pint any size and repaceme the worn out earth strip, nut/bolts/washers connect all joint with new nuts and bolts and washers to in original position complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Earth GI strip measured and paid separetely

Material & labour for painting of both side surface of MS cable trench cover using one coat of black bituminius paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.
