S&F 500 ltrs capacity, Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white coloured, three layered (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) white in colour hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I incl fixing arrangment for inlet/outlet/overflow & vent pipe of standard size for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white coloured, three layered (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) white in colour hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I incl fixing arrangment for inlet/outlet/overflow & vent pipe of standard size complete all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting of existing 500 ltr capacity PVC tank, seting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc. and hoisting and reconnecting and refixing in position for complete all as specified and as directed.

"Supply only" 20mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & 3, plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210 gms) for complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Fixing shall be deemed to be included in Item No 3, 4 & 5 above.)

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or remove to store or credited to contractor for the following bore pipe complete all as specified and directed:-

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, columns, staircases, landing, Chajjas and similar suspended work and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping to parapet walls including necessary form work complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in platform to PVC water tank complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V- section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down carefully cement concrete/ spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections,Ceilings,Sunshades,beams etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scaffolding etc for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinf of slabs chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 or equivalent of pidilite,fosroc,Thermax etc to remove rust particles etc throughly cleaning the surface complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1part cement to 1.5-2 parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @ 5 Kg per 50kg of cement & applying to the concrete surfaces @200gm/sqm to obtain tack complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 15-20mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using 1 part cement to 1part 2-3mm screenings of stone aggregate & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE admixture equivalent of pidilite, fosroc, Thermax etc @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & rough to recieve final rendering coat complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 10-15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & smooth, including over the surface of GI chicken wire mesh of 0.71mm dia wire & 12mm mesh size fixed with nails & screws around RCC chajjas/fascias etc completecomplete all as directed at site.

S&F GI chicken wire mesh of 0.71mm dia wire & 12mm mesh size fixed with nails & screws around RCC chajjas/fascias etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for exposing existing RCC members such as columns, slabs, lintels, beams, etc. up to the main reinforcement carefully by means of Chisel & hammer, hard wire brushes or any other mechanical means, so as to remove all loose concrete and cleaning the surface to remove all dust particles, etc. and make the surface ready for chemical treatment in bone dry condition complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick guniting in patches on to the required area on RCC columns, beams, stairs, lintels, retaining walls, sunshades, roofing slab etc. of all sizes and shapes at any heights from existing ground floor and at any locations with cement and mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) under 2 to 2.8 Kg/Cm2 pressure after removing the damaged loose spalt concrete as specified here in before and applying one coat of rust convertor/kp-100 equivalent grade over reinforcement wherever necessary providing and tying in position 25mmx25mmx12 gauge dia wire MS welded mesh or smaller size over treated surface ready to receive grouts, curing for 10 days etc,loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust over treated surface and applying 5mm to 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 to match existing surfaces and finished even and smooth including curing for 10 days etc, and removing the debris out side the MOD land in low lying areas and leveling complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for (roof padding/roof kerb/sunken floor etc) including tarfelt, plaster etc and preparation of demolished surface clean by steel wire brushing, washed, dried up cleaned all foreign / loose material / dust, scrapping down removal unserviceable materials, debries and rubbish to outside the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing damaged /loosed cement concrete /bricks tiles from roof /terrace to a depth of average 50 mm including taking down of existing APP membrane if any cleaning with water and removing the debris out side MD land complete all as directed. (Note:- For Roof Surfaces where old PCC padding is not be demolished and fresh PCC padding not to be provided)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding (average thickness not exceeding 30mm) over old cleaned surface of any description on roof/terrace to fill any depressions etc or to obtain desired slopes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Water Proofing Treatment to RCC Roof surfaces with APP Membrane in the following steps:-

(a) M & L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on fair faces of concrete surfaces as on PCC padding complete all as specified and as directed. ( Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid sepretally) (b) M&L preparation of plastered surface of roof slab by throughly wire brushing washed dried up cleaned all foreign mater and dust and apply one coat of approved bituminous primer@ 0.40 ltr per sqm complete all as specified and directed complete (c) M&L for 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and reinforced with non woven polyster reinforcement shall be laid by torch application method over primed surface of roof slab. Note:- APP modified polymeric membrane shall all as specified. The side overlaps shall be minimum 75mm and end laps shall be minimum 100mm. All Overlaps shall be sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. At the junction of roof and wall 6.50 x 7.50 cm groove shall be provided to tuck water proofing layer & filled with CM 1:3. This work will be carried out by authorized applicator only.

M&L for heat resistant terrace tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 onwaterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid over & including on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in (1:4) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and as directed.

"Supply only" liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS framed brackets of angles, as in cooler stand, supporting framed work for sunshed, framed steps / stairs, etc cut to shape, drilled and countershunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary gusset plates, riveting etc confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and removal unserviceable materials, debries and rubbish to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular coursed built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular course in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) over concrete surfaces finished even & smooth as in ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces on stone masonry surface, applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) and top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction & finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from walls complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new ceiling surfces & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old ceiling surfces & applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfces plastered / pointed or unplastered wall surfaces & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying 1.50 to 2.00 mm thick wall care putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & including single coat of alkali primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed. (For Offrs MD Accn) Note:- (i) Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (ii) OBD shall be in one or more colours / shades all as approved by GE.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & including single coat of alkali primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed. (For JCOs /ORs MD Accn) Note:- (i) Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (ii) OBD shall be in one or more colours / shades all as approved by GE.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Black Roman,Italic or indian n.exc 30cm high with thick paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing cement base paint on wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness and removing debris out side MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description and in any position or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut Udaipur green marble, (size and shape, shade and pattern as approved by GE) as in cooking platform, treads of steps (single piece) over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble stone including camfering the exposed edges, polishing and rounding the edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut Udaipur green marble, (size and shape, shade and pattern as approved by GE) as in verticle surfaces (in single piece) like as riser, jambs, pillars and similar works over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble stone including camfering the exposed edges, polishing and rounding the edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 (size & shape, shade and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.”

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in verticle surfaces like as skirting / dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 (size & shape, shade and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.”

Forming jambs, etc. to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work with cement mortar 1:6 and cement lime mortar 1:1:8 , also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick double charged area of each tiles not exc 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with over & including 15mm thick screed or bedding layer mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed colour ceramic tiles (premium quality) of size 450x300x7mm, laid in vertical surface dado/skirting joint free etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured tiles to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM1:3 over stone masonry surfaces & finished even & rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring ,cooking plateforms / treads of steps (in single piece), size and shape as approved by GE, over screed bed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing and polishing over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick machine cut Kota stone in riser of steps (in single piece), size and shape as approved by GE,, skirting, dado and piller laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing and polishing over & including 10 mm thick rendering stone masonary in cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut Kota stone in shelf and other places etc laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Hydraulic machine cut pre-polished telephonic black granite stone as in cooking platforms, slabs for oval type WHB, sinks/cills etc & the likes complete laid over & including 15 mm thick cement sand mortar screed in CM 1:4 incl mirror polishing complete & providing necessary holes for gas pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding off the edges of stone slabs as in cooking platforms , treads of steps shelves & cills etc all as directed at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying 40-50 mm thick Machine cut sand stone slabs as in Plinth protections laid over & including 20 mm thick cement sand screed in CM 1:4 over 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate incl filling the joints of sand stone slabs with neat cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type C1 (using 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone agg) as in plinth protection & finishing the surface even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanised steel tubing, light grade, for protection of cable, laid in trenches/road crossing/floor or fixed to pole/wall with all fittings, of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing / Hanging only ceiling fan (M.D. supply) and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan after Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Repair of unserviceable ceiling fan such as winding, oiling,greaseing and capacitor shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

M&L Removing old burnt out copper winding wire of ceiling fans of size - 1200 mm (48” ) sweep of any make and rewinding with New super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge as per old copper winding pattern and design to give same performance as per original fan's make including providing insulating media , varnishing (Golden), Cleaning, Oiling, Greasing etc and refixing all the parts complete and testing in E/M Store yard to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down exhaust fan of any make, type and sweep by disconnecting electric connection and depositing in MES store yard and after two coats of painting refixing in same posistion complete connection from ceiling rose to fan connecter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vertical Distribution Board, double Door, suitable for 'A' Frame FP MCCB 100A made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, TPN 4 way, 415 volts with bus bar rating 300 Amps, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and MCCB etc and making all necessary connections, duly flush of wall surface, complete all as specified and directed.
