Quantity Unit Particulars Rate Per Amount
Demolition and dismantling of the existing RCC Elevated Storage Reservoir (ESR),
located at Different SHW of old Padra RWSS. The scope includes the complete
dismantling of the RCC structure, including walls, slabs, beams, columns, foundation and
other related components. All serviceable materials such as steel reinforcement bars,
stairs, C.I. pipes, C.I. specials (tees, bends, sluice valves), G.I. pipe railings, and C.I.
manhole frames and covers must be taken away by the contractor at no extra cost for the
conveyance of the demolished scrap (inclu. crushed concrete). The demolition has to be
done mechanically (with machineries) & in the order from top towards bottom of the
ESR safely, using machineries such as Concrete Crushers, etc.
After demolition, the contractor must ensure that the site is cleaned, all debris removed
and the gound is levelled, leaving the site in a clean and safe condition as per the
Engineer-in-charge's instructions.
The rates for this work shall include the cost of all serviceable materials and scrap value
of reusable items. The contractor must comply with all relevant permits, safety
measures, and local regulations. The entire work, from demolition to site cleanup, must
be completed with due diligence, ensuring no debris is left and the site is left in an
acceptable condition, as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

The bidder shall be required to pay GST directly to the GST department as per apllicable government norms.
In negative amount tenders, the bidder quoting the highest final payable amount to the department shall be considered as L1.
Negative amount (–) indicates payment to the department by the bidder.
GST is calculated on the absolute value of the final quoted amount.
This example is for clarification only and actual payable amount will depend on the actual tendered value and bidder's quoted rate.
Special Condition:
All bidders shall compulsorily submit a “Bahendari” (Affidavit) on ₹300 non-judicial stamp paper as per the prescribed format attached with the tender.
Failure to submit this affidavit along with the bid shall result in the bid being excluded from the evaluation process.
