INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S & F for wall mounted LED box type tube light fitting 4' x 20 watts industrial commercial interior batten for surface mounted, anodized extruded aluminium housing, high transmissitivity diffuser, high lumen ouput box type fitting, 230 volts and intregrated electronic driver connector block etc with warranty of 5 years from date of installation complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for maintenance free Chemical earthing of technology 3 mtr long 17.20 mm dia with 250-micron Copper coating and UL listed. There should be terminal for connection of 150 x 50 x 6 mm with 4 holes of 12 mm dia along with 2 bags of 25 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any NABL accredited laboratory with 95 percent carbon content. The testing laboratory should be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compound should be IEC 62321. The ph value of compound should be 7-8. Electrode should be duly tested and certified by CPRI, Govt of India for a min short circuit current of 25 kA rms for 1 Sec. including necessary boring of suitable dia upto required depth in any type of soil for inserting copper rod and filling of chemicals and Poly plastic pit cover of material- polymer body & cover dimensions- 308 mm (L) x 308 mm (W) x 214 mm (H) bearing capacity 7.5 Ton approved from NABL approved Lab complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Earthing is to be done infront of the Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Test Results of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthings. (iii) The Contractor shall have to give written guarantee for maintenance earth resistance of less than 1.0 Ohm for the period of 10 (ten) years after certified date of completion and shall deposite Rs 2000/- per earthing as security deposit for a period of Ten (10) Years. (iv) Failing to maintain resistance of earthing less than 01.0 ohm , new earthing to be provided by the contractor with out any extra cost. M & L for preparing bitumenous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows etc. and the like, 10 cm and above wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for Construction of valve pit in PCC block masonary, built in cement mortar (1:6) of size 1200mm x 1200mm x1000mm (internal dimension) with foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) , 15 mm thick cement & plaster rendering in CM 1:6 on internal and exposed external surfaces including 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle frame and 3mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement and 1 no. 50mm size 4 lever lock with triplicate keys including painting to steel and iron surfaces with one coat of red oxide and two coats of black Bituminous paints and cement surface with three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L FRP junction box of , size internal 250mm x 200mm x 105mm and exetrnal 295mm x 255mm x 120mm having 4 nos aluminium bus bar of size 20x4 mm fixed on epoxy insulators with MCB SP 6 amps, fixed on the pole with clamps, nut bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed. make : Sintex, Model : GS-JB-2520 or equivalent of make as specified

Design, Installation, Testing, commossioning including integration and maintenance of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) with procurement of all necessary software programming licenses and documentation with having specifications and comprising of following:- (i) Perform site survey and prepare design proposal for deciding the communication technology to ensure data availbility of all the consumers. (a) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Smart Meter of different makes (Not more than 33 % of a particular make to ensure interchangeability at later date as per BIS 16444 with communication Modules having GPRS (3G/ 4G/ 5G/ RF (Mesh Network) or Hybrid (RF+ GPRS(3G/ 4G/ 5G)) or any other advanced technology as per CEA/ TRAI/ regulations as mentioned below:- (i) Single Phase smart meter of rating 10-60 Amps based on RF(Mesh Network)/ GPRS (3G/ 4G/ 5G) comminication - 04 Nos (with 33% of each make) (iii) All Meters (Single must be fixed in bldg panel of suitable IP protection grade, with optical port Provision on meter box.

(b) Supply/ Planning/ tuning of RF communication infrastucture including meter data management & Head end system (HES) for the project area. AMI software and associated equipment's should be capable of handing at- least 200 Number (Cellular Communication) of Meters of different makes as per BIS 16444 with 25% expasion with out any additional infrastructure and cost implementation to the Dept. It shall support occupation/ Vacation, Meter replacement. personel details update on e mail to user/ Staff. Bank details of GE and payment gateway would be integrated with the softwae and also calculation of refund on vacation of quarter. Software would adopt meters and system of minimum three different makes conforming with Is 16444. Software would compatible for bith pre-paid and post paid billing plans as per requirement including user friendly app (android/ IOs) for Smart Phone. RF gateway shall be compatible with atleast 03 (three) different makes of smart meter.

(c) Supply and set- up of Meter Data Management (MDM) system. (d) Integration of different devices of different makes/ equipments/ software covered in scope of this project with each other as per functional requirements, including water charges, furniture and license fee. (e) Integration/interface of the AMI system with application systems like metering/ billing/ collection. Interface has to be provided in the proposed solution to upload and process meter data from these systems. (f) Sever for housing and management of supplied software application with stand by server (g) Planning, deployment and tuning of communication system including cellular network (if required) to meet the performance requirements. (h) Business intelligence, analytics and reporting. (j) Return of dismantled materials to MES stores (k) Training knowledge transfer All expenditure including periodic charges of telecom, operator from installation till completion

Note :- (i) Audit of software for smart meters shall be done by CERT-india empanelled firm/CERT auditor of Armed Forces. The cost of the audit shall be born by contractor. (l) Design, Installation, testing,commissioning including integration and maintence of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) with procument of all necessary software, programming licenses, and documentation (o) Sever for housing and management of supplied software application with stand by server (p) Planning, deployment and tuning of communication system including cellular network (if required) to meet the performance requirements. (u) Bidder may go through the details for design of system as per PS and E-in-C's Branch policy No 12/2023 alongwith other details/policies as per CEA/TRAI/NSGM. (v) Provision for comprehensive operation including periodic charges of telecom operator, smart meter billing from completion of work till the completion of defect liability period of 02 Years.

SUMMER APPLIANCES

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase) with overall dimension 760x1060 x 610 mm having tank capacity 70 ltrs with fan of size 500 mm, grass padded walls with motor arrangement for air circulation, motor should be ISI marked with variable speed (High 1400 rpm, Med 1300 rpm, Low 1250 rpm) , efficiency of fan motor should be 40% with PF >0.85 totally enclosed, having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CuM per hour (or nearest size), should also include water pump of Head 5ft, input watt-20W, operating voltage-single phase, 220 V, 50Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix wall mounted type voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volt per second and of capacity 2.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 6 Kg capacity dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher, confirming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted in gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage, etc complete all as specified and directed .

RAIN WATER HARVESTING

Material and labour for 150mm bore PVC slotted pipes double socketed, in any length with suitable joints, laid in bore hole for recharge pit and like complete all as specified and directed.
