Providing Installation testing and commissioning of 3000 GPH X 40 MH sub Mono submersible pump set along with allied works at Pumping Station Kallar D/Well. The job involves dismantling of existing mono submersible pump set along with column pipes from the suction of HCP set and extraction of same manually using tools and tackles and then shifting up to the safer place. Job further includes providing and fabrication of adopter/Nipple of required size approx.0.5mtr long fabricated out of GI pipe of which bottom end diameter should be matched with the delivery of mono submersible pump set and threading the pipe for screwing into the delivery portion to the submersible pump set or flanged properly and other end of the adopter nipple is welded with MS flange of required size fabricated out of MS plate for fixing with the column pipe. Replacement of damaged rubber gaskets from the flanged joints along with rusted nuts & bolts and proper welding of MS flanged joints of column pipes for plugging of leakages. Providing of mono submersible pump set of 3000 GPH X 40 Mtr. head capacity of reputed make conforming to relevant ISO with latest amendments and then shifting the same up to the site of installation I.e Pumping station D/Well Kallar and then lowering into the D/Well along with column pipes Using special tools and tackles. Job also include providing & fitting of new MUG type starter/panel on the main board mounted with safety devices such as single phase preventer , high voltage and low voltage protection, under load and over load protection. Providing & fitting of nut bolt washers and sundry items etc. Providing & fitting of 4mm sq. Submersible cable approximately 30 mtrs in length from starter / panel upto mono submersible pump set with proper thimbling & insulation material by replacing old damaged cable. Complete job include cost of material ,labour charges ,transportation/ head load charges, Hire charges of tools & tackles including testing & commissioning. Complete job.
