Should be a valid registered in Government Registering Authorities.Registration Certificate :- Upload the copy of 1. Registration certificate issued by National Accredited Board of Laboratories/M.O.Uwith NABL certified company/ institutions/ Firms. AND 2. Any one of the following Registration certificate a) An Architect- Registered in Council of Architects OR b) A Structural Engineer :- Registered in Association of Structural Engineerineer.

Should have successfully completed at least ONE project of project management consultancy / third party supervision/ of similar nature or Building work, costing not less than Rs. 185.50 lakhs (Rs. Two hundred Fifty Lakhs) i.e., from 01/04/2020 onwards for any of the Govt./ Public Sector Corporate undertakings.Upload the Certificate of completion issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, in case of Govt/Public Sectors under takings

Minimum Five Year Experience in the Civil Engineering consultancy services Upload the copy of Experience Certificate and consultancy services works carried out.

Should have achieved a Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 5.00 Lakhs ( Rs. Five lakhs) pertaining to consultancy works for any of 2 (two) financial years from last preceding Five years i.e (2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25).Upload a copy of audited balance sheet and profit & loss accounts statement certified by a Chartered Accountant.

Upload a copy of GST Registration Certificate.
