Brick work in cm 1:6 for superstructure above plinth level(Ground floor) in all shapes and sizes including cost of materials, labour charges, curing etc. complete.

Plastering/patch plastering with cement mortar 1:4,12 to 20mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc complete

RCC column/lintel strengthening work average 7cm thick including removal of old damaged concrete, necessary shuttering, cement conreting 1:1 1/2:3 using 1/2" & 1/4" hard granite broken stones etc. complete

Wall painting with interior emulsion paint of approved brand ( Asian/berger) and manufacture to give an even shade :two or more coat. Including cost of necessary scrapping/primer/putty/crack filling etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to given an even shade including necessary scraping/primer etc. complete : One or more coats.

Polishing wooden glazed doors Including cost of necessary scrapping/wax etc. complete.

Dismantling wall tile including cement mortar

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth inluding necessary repair to scratches etc. complete.

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
