Charges for carrying Daily Maintenance in Turbine Motors: Daily walk down check/monitoring all HT/LT motors as instructed by our maintenance engineer in charge.

Charges for carrying Daily Maintenance in Batteries: Monitoring of all Battery Chargers & Batteries daily. Measuring of Pilot Cell Voltage & Specific gravity for 220V, 24V & UPS batteries. Recording charger voltage,charger amps, battery voltage , battery amps, DCDB voltage,DCDB amps and alarms in float cum boost charger (FCBC).

Weekly Maintenance: External cleaning of HT motors. Monitoring the motor heat at terminals using thermal image scanner of HT motors.

Weekly Maintenance: External cleaning of LT motors above 7.5 KW. Monitoring the motor heat at terminals using thermal image scanner of LT motors above 60KW.

Weekly Maintenance:External cleaning of LT motors below 7.5 KW.

Monthly Maintenance of Motor starting panels:Cleaning of motor panels phosphate dosing ,ammonia dosing , hydrazine dosing.

Monthly Maintenance: Cleaning of Battery Chargers & its Accessories panels.

Monthly Maintenance of Batteries: Cleaning of all battery cells & Measurement of Cell Voltage & Specific gravity for 220V, 24V & UPS Batteries.

Bi-monthly maintenance : (Two months once) Tightness checking for each cells and Battery Terminals, Applying Petroleum jelly & Top up of DM water for 220V,24V & UPS batteries.

Quarterly Maintenance For HT Motors: Checking of HT motors power cable terminal tightness at motor. Measurung Winding resistance & IR value. Greasing of HT motors. Attending minor repairs & defects handling of equipments etc.,as directed by engineer incharge.

Quarterly Maintenance For LT motors above 7.5KW: Checking of LT motors power cable terminal tightness at motor. Measuring winding resistance & IR values. Greasing of LT motors . Attending minor repairs and defects handling of equipments etc., as directed by engineer incharge.

Quarterly Maintenance For LT motors below 7.5KW: Checking of LT motors power cable terminal tightness at motor. Measuring winding resistance & IR values. Greasing of LT motors . Attending minor repairs and defects handling of equipments etc., as directed by engineer incharge.

Rewinding of 1.1 KW to 1.5 KW motors : Dismantling of motor, rewinding, replacement of new Bearings, providing sleeve at DE & NDE side bearing housing, cleaning of motor parts, varnishing, metal filling, machining & repairing rotor under cut on bearing seating surfaces, restacking the stator core, dynamic balancing of rotor, motor painting, to replace new terminal block and fan, damaged motor base and fan cover to be repaired and complete assembling of motor including consumables, T&P's, paint and thinner charges. (DE/NDE bearings supplied by the Contractor)

Overhauling of 1.1 KW to 1.5 KW Motor : Dismantling of motor, replacement of new Bearings, providing sleeve at DE & NDE side bearing housing, cleaning of motor parts, varnishing, metal filling, machining & repairing rotor under cut on bearing seating surfaces, dynamic balancing of rotor, motor painting, to replace new terminal block and fan, damaged motor base and fan cover to be repaired and complete assembling of motor including consumables, T&P's, paint and thinner charges. (DE/NDE bearings supplied by the Contractor)

Overhauling of 2.2 KW to 5.5 KW motors : Dismantling of motor, replacement of new Bearings, providing sleeve at DE & NDE side bearing housing, cleaning of motor parts, varnishing, metal filling, machining & repairing rotor under cut on bearing seating surfaces, dynamic balancing of rotor, motor painting, to replace new terminal block and fan, damaged motor base and fan cover to be repaired and complete assembling of motor including consumables, T&P's, paint and thinner charges. (DE/NDE bearings supplied by the Contractor)

Rewinding of 7.5 KW to 9.2 KW motors : Dismantling of motor, releasing the fan cover & fan, removing the shaft, cleaning of motor parts,rewinding of failed motor, reconditioning of damaged stator stampings, releasing of defective coils, cleaning of stator stampings, rewinding and positioning of coils in stator after providing necessery insulation and applying varnish and drying out,, replacing new bearing on both sides DE/NDE, to replace new terminal block and fan, damaged motor base and fan cover to be repaired, motor painting and complete assembling of motor including consumables, T&P's, paint and thinner charges. (Retrived copper will be retained by the contractor)

Overhauling of 7.5 KW to 9.2 KW motors : Dismantling of motor, releasing the fan cover & fan, removing the shaft, cleaning of motor parts, varnishing, replacing new bearing on both sides DE/NDE, to replace new terminal block and fan, damaged motor base and fan cover to be repaired, motor painting and complete assembling of motor including consumables, T&P's, paint and thinner charges. (DE/NDE bearings supplied by the Contractor)

Charges for repairing & providing sleeves at DE/NDE bearing housing for the motor ranges from 7.5KW to 9.2KW including consumables and T&P charges. (1set consists of both DE & NDE bearing housing sleeve of 01 motor).

To & Fro transportation of 0.37 KW to 9.2 KW defective motors from NCTPS-II site to contractor work shop to carried out overhauling & rewinding work.
