Contract Details

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete(type C-2, 1:3:6) 100 mm thick in pavements, paths etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork P.C.C. blocks / stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate )Set in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub-base of cement concrete(1:4:8) type D-2 of 100 mm thick in drains, pavements all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface using 1:4 cement plaster in drains, walls etc.including finishing even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble masonry built in cement mortar 1:6, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearlted and pointed flush the surface in contact with earth in the same mortar as the work proceeds including necessary weep holes at 0.8 metre centre to centre horizontally and 0.5m spacing centre to centre vertically (Staggered) as in retaining wall, as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Raised pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber joints as in wheep holes/laid in trenches/floors complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, bed plates, coping and the like including necessary formwork and finishing all exposed surfaces as per clause 4.11.16.2(a) & (d) of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of white wash on old white washed surfaces of wall including preparation all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of white wash on old white washed surfaces of ceiling including preparation all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plaster surfaces on walls and applying a coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plaster surfaces on ceiling and applying a coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified.

M&L for applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified.

S&F Framed work in repairs such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding boltsframed balusters framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of SE Paint over a coat of Red oxide all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
