Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. (in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited)saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposting of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts including uprooting of trees dressing of beds, and sides and preparation of sub-grade, restoration of unmetalled/metalled/paved surfaces to its original condition including soring, strutting, timbering and dewatering where ever houses, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying , jointing and testing in trenches of GMS pipe by way of circumfrentional butt welded 94 % joints butt welded & 6 % flanged pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees confirming to IS 1239-2004 ( Medium class ) with upto date ammendements ) as specified below with plain end and capable of with standing required test pressure in random lenght of 4 to 6 metres including specials short piesces bends, reducers tees etc. made from parents tube. The butt wleded joints as per table below dully welded in three layers ( one inner and two outer ) with pipes at both ends as per releent BIS standars along with nuts and bolts of required sizes confirming to BIS 1364 ( with upto date ammendments ). The laying of pipe shall include all operational such as cutting welding , jinting, providing fixing of fabrication of bends, tees required lelvel incuding lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hyddraulic testing complete with in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radious not less than five times the dia of pipe (eath wok in trenches to be measured and paid separatly ) The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of advani Overlikon/ L& T of ISI marked make.

Providing and supply CI Sluice valves Kirloskar/ Leader Make of 150 mm diameter with hand wheel as per ISD: 14846-2000 (class PN-1.6) (including brass spi9ndle as 2906-1984 complete with bolts nuts, rubber insertion etc and as per direction and to the entire satistaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
