SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Removal of blockage/chock up obstructing the flow in sewage line by rodding with rods/wooden kempti/chock remover and making the continuous flow between two manholes for 200mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : The clear distance between two manholes shall be measured.

S & F Orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic in capsulated as per IS-10910 on 12 mm dia steel bar conforming to IS : 1786 (over all 60 cm length) all as specified and directed.

S & F Supply on site LLDPE Septic tank10 users with upflow filter including media, designed to carry sewage and sullage water etc.all as specified and directed. (Make- Sintex or other equavaklent ISI make as approved by GE.

Dismantling/Demolition

Taking down carefully UNSV copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, power sockets) along with UNSV fittings/fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, electric fitting, light fittings including serviceable fitting/fixture and making good the disturbed surface (serviceable fitting/fixtures shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down carefully old UNSV light fitting of any type/any size removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credits (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately).

Taking down carefully old UNSV DB Box/TPN DB of any type/any size including US MCB SPN/SP removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credits (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately).

Taking down carefully old UNSV of earthing with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 60cm thickburied directly in ground vertically to a deapth and including earth lead GI wire 4mm dia by means of volts and nuts, check nuts and washers etc all as specify and directed

Taking down carefully old UNSV submain wiring of any type/any size removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credits (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately).

Taking down of old energy meters and depositing to MES Yard.

Taking down old Geyser of capacity 25,50 ltr and depositing to MES store yard.

ARBORICULTURE

Supply and ploughing the following species of well grown(two year grown) healthy tree sapling with good root system & height as mentioned below and M&L, excavating a pit of size (450mm x 450mm x 450mm) pit, refilling with sweet earth mixed with manure in the ratio of 3:1 by volume in addition 2 Kg of neem khali/cake, cowdung including watering and spraying pesticides etc as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge notes : Supply only (a) vermi compost (b) sweet earth (c) insecticides and pesticides etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Supply and stacking of well decomposed cow dung including rayalty loading unloading transportation and stacking at site Note : for the purpose of payment the stack measurement shall be reduced by 10% for voids.

Removal of masonary waste and other undesirous material and its disposal away from site as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of goog sweet earth for tree plants and for other landscaping works brought from outside MD land and including royalty and carriage for all leads .

Supply of Insecticides, pesticides etc at site store in dust/liquid form complete.

Chloropyriphos-20% EC

Supply of neem khali in form of cake

Supply and stacking gypsum 50 Kg bag complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking DAP at site complete all as specified and directed.

Regular maintenance of trees speciman plants and other similar plants till the completion of 02 years maintenance period including replacement of dead plant of same height and including watering, training, pruning, hoeing, weeding stacking insect pest management, cleaning of nearby area and disposal of waste away from site, Quarterly enrichment with manure @ 0.015cum per pit with minimum 03 visits as per month or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : manure shall be measured and paid separately in relevant items.

Supply and laying/planting of green well grown healthy lawn in rows with good root system, pitching @ 150mm c/c including surface excavation, removing waste soil, laying spreading one layer (minimum 15cm) of black cotton soil mixed with sweet earth and jaivik manure including watering and spraying pesticides etc as specified including replacement of dead grass and regular maintenance till the completion of maintenance period of one year complete and minimum 3 visits per month, including watering as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F tree guards made of welded steel wire fabric (150x100) supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members and supported with flat iron (25x5x6) fillet (for securing the mesh) and three legs in angle iron (30x30x5) welded to the tree guard below and inserting it into ground all as specified and directed and preparation of new surface and priming with red oxide zinc chrome and applying two coat of paint with synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) including earthwork and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only 20mm dia PVC pipe high quality for purpose of horticulture.

Supply only rotory type sprinkler made of brass with MS stand and suitable for 20mm dia pipe.

(a) 20 % of the amount qoated under BOQ items Sl No 10.01 to 10.24 shall be paid on successful complition of mainteance period 2 Years. The maintenace of Arboriculture inclde the following:-

(i) Periodical de-weeding of unwanted vegetation growth around the plants/lawn area

(ii) Watering all the trees /Plants /Grass and soil with requred for proper growth.

(iii) Periodical prunning mowing

(iv) Trating the trees/plants grass and soil with requred quantity of approved manure pesticide and fertilizer inculinf necessary toping of red earths

(v) Replacement of dried /dead of plants/grass/trees

(vi) Hose pipe to be arranged by the contractor.
