Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished even & fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces in two layers (10mm & 5mm) mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement all complete all as specified and as directed. Note. Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separtely.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on ceiling, soffits of slabs, chajjas, columns and beams etc and finished the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered or unplastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall / ceiling / chajjas and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation new internal wall surfaces and apply two coats of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/ltr of approved shade and colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old treated surface of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of wall including washing froors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.
