Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry/ stone masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bond stones set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length in retaining wall as spout pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L boulder or broken stone hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls and raising to be required level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggrgate as in coping to wall including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out cement mortar joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course, surface channels, roofs etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing in cement mortar (1:4) to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for pre-cast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC Jafri/jalli any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete jallies type B-0, 1:2:4 mix using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 35mm thick (Measured solid) set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work or masonry and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceedings 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m and making good surfac in hard / dense soils complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) embedded in concrete/mosnary complete duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.

Restraining, resecuring including making good staples etc. of galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing in any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying any crossings with provn of MS wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new surface of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
