Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concretebut excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks,old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork (except bricks) with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 (bricks obtained under item No-1 will be used) complete all as specified and as directed.

Chipping the internal surfaces of over head water tanks of appx Height 20-22 mtr by deploying expert trademen having experience of working on multistorey building and tower like structure with latest mechnical tools ,T&P with all safety equipment & scalf folding to reach the required height for carrying out etc and clean the surface by brushing & watering etc to make the surface clean and free of paint ,foreign deposites, contaminants etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting U shaped groove of the internal surface over head water tanks of appx Height 20-22 mtr, Approx 22 mm(W)x25mm (D) along the construction joints with chipping tools and filling the U groove with XYPEX patch N plug, Aquacreat BA-30(ARDA), Pidilite or equivallent as approved by E-in-C after application of XYPEX concrete slurry in the groove by brush application @0.040gm/RM complete all as specified and directed.

XPEX concentrate Aqua Guard 50%, (ARDA), Pidilite or equivallent as approvd by E-IN -C unique chemical treatment of water proofing ,protection and repair of concrete @ 1.60 Kg/sqm in two coats after filling the dcracks and faulty construction joints with XYPEX patch N plug or equivallent and XYPEX Megamix II or equivalent here in before as per manufacture over head water tanks of appx Height 20-22 mtr specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or concrete surfaces of over head water tanks of appx Height 20-22 mtr & installation of any height by washing , rubbing and washing down for complete removal of existing treatment and applying one coat of cement primer and two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion of existing colour code complete all as specified and directed. Make-Berger paints weather coat smooth, Asian paints APEX , Nerolac paints AXCEL, Shalimar Paints XTRA.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

XYPEX Megamix II, Aquacreat BA-30(ARDA), Pidilite or equivallent as approved by E-in-C ,12.5 mm thick spray and trowel applied for pathing & resurfacing of deteriorated concrete to produce superior bond low shrinkage ,chemical durability & heigh strength mixed with water at site in mortar like consistency for repair.the initial setting time 4 hours & final setting time 7 hours with compressive strenth up to 59 MPA in 28 days as per manufacture ,s specification /data sheet over head water tanks of appx Height 20-22 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descrption complete all as specified and directed ( landing /steps of 22 m staging overhead tank)

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed. ( landing /steps of 22 m staging overhead tank)

M&L for ( B1 1:2:4 20 mm graded stone aggregate nominal mix,) reinforced cement concrete foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specifed and directed. ( landing /steps of 22 m staging overhead tank)

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. ( landing /steps of 22 m staging overhead tank)
