Surface Dressing of ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m as per DSR 2.28.1

Earth work in surface excavation by machenical means (hydrolic exavatin ) not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge DSR 2.6.1. All kinds of soil.

Excavating, supplying and filling of earth (Cartage earth ) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 3KM also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Complete As per DSR 2.25 a

Providing & Laying of P. C.C. in 1:5:10 with 1 Cement :5 C-sand fine sand: 10 Stone balaast . in foundation of Floor i/c all labour, materials and T&P etc.as per DSR 4.1.10

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) .As per DSR 5.2.2

M150 Brick Work in 1:4 c/s mortar all labour & T&P etc. AS per DSR 6.1.1

12 mm thk Internal Plaster in 1:4 with c/s mortar in wall i/c all materials, labour & T&P etc. AS Per DSR 13.4.1

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. As per DSR 5.22.1

Mild steel or iron work of heavy size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods, grating etc, (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary for bending etc including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required, welding, grinding and making holes as required for completion of work but AS Per DSR 10.25.2

Mild steel or iron work of small size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods, grating etc, (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary for bending etc including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required, welding, grinding and making holes as required for completion of work but AS Per DSR 10.25.1
