PROVIDING CATERING SERVICES FOR INDIRA CANTEENS (PHASE-2) IN KOPPAL DISTRICT (TP Kukanoor, Kustagi, Bhagyanagar, Karatagi, Kanakagiri) FOR THE YEAR 2026-27.

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have Satisfactory completed as prime Supplier/tenderer, at least one similar goods and services such as Providing Catering Services and/or running Hotel/restaurant/ canteen of value not less than Rs 136.00 Lakhs in any one year of the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 (Certified Not less than the ranking of EE)

The tenderer/firms/individuals should have Registered with the Concerned Statutory Authorities (Tenderer needs to submit registration certificate from the competent authority)

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.,2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (In catering/ Hotel/restaurant/ canteen business only) of Rs.544.00 Lakhs

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 81.60 Lakhs Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.(Conditional Banker Certificate is Not acceptable ) Prescribed in P.No 30

The tenderer/firms/individuals should have minimum 3 years of experience in the field of cooking and catering/ Hotel/restaurant/ Canteen Services.

The tenderer/firms/individuals should have registered with i Labour Department Labour Licenses, ii Regional Provident Fund Commissioner for Provident Fund PF iii Employees State Insurance Corporation ESI, iv Certificate under Food Safety Act v GST, PAN
