S&F in replacement of Discharge pressure gauges 100 mm nominal dia with control valve & syphon, socket, union and adopter, range 0-300 PSI fixed with 150 mm long, 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade with suitable arrangement for fixing on 80/100/150/200 mm DI/CI by using clamps, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting alternator from DG set, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, 0.8PF, 415V, AC, 63kVA capacity, insulation, 50 cycles 1500RPM, self excited, self regulated, brushless type, at any position / location, collecting and transporting to workshop, taking out burnt winding, rewinding with new super enemelled copper wire as per original gauge, including providing insulating materials viz. cotton tape, packing, sleeves, etc. and varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil, duly re-fixing, bringing in at site, connecting all electrical connections, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, lowering and packing pea gravel of size 2mm to 6mm size as per IS of natural shape brought directly from the riverbed pouring around casing pipe and slotted pipes in the borewell complete all as specified and directed. Note: - For the purpose of measurement gravel brought by the contractor shall be stacked properly at site & measurement of stacks shall be recorded before use and after use (left unused) to arrive at the net quantity of gravel used.

Demolition of existing valve pit chamber, M&L for masonry valve pit of size 1050x1050x900mm internal size complete with excavation, earth work and brick work in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally including 5mm thick MS Sheet cover and angle iron frame of suitable size and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or of steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I 2009 connected to LT Panel/Transformer all as specified and testing on completion including. Necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs and GI pipe 40 mm dia of light grade, for protection of earth strip complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation/PCC/Earth work/Charcoal/ Salt shall be deemed to be include in this unit rate. if desired earth resistance is not found then entire earthing shall be re-done by Contractor without accruing any extra cost to the Govt.

Attending complaint of repair of chemical dozing pump, detection of fault and rectification of the defects at site and comprising of replacement of spare parts kit, pipe, foot valve, Injector nozzle, NRV, filter etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Agitator for mixing of hypo-chlorite powder granules, stainless steel mixing rod alongwith single phase electric driven motor of capacity 0.5 HP and stand for fixing of Agitator system on chemical dozing tank complete with electrical connections connecting all as specified and directed.

S&F plunger type dosing pump 230 V AC 50HZ capacity upto 10LPH @10kg/cm2 pressure pump head PP with Glass filled , Teflon Diaphram. With suction and Discharge tubing 3mtrs along with PVC Injector with NRV complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Minimax, new india or of equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for Scraping old existing paint from pipe of dia upto 150 mm at installations including making smooth surface by filling putty and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved blue colour incl marking of inlet/outlet etc with the help of white colour or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and distribution of Calcium Hypochlorite (Stable Bleaching powder/High strength Bleaching Powder) dry free flowing and free from lumps, should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as given in IS 10500 (2012) in treated and disinfected water packing in 20-25 / 40-45 Kg drum conforming to the specifications:- (a) Available Chlorine: Minimum 65% by mass. (b) Stability: Maximum 1/15 loss of chloride on basis of available chloride. (c) Particle size (passing through 1.70mm IS sieve): Minimum 99.5% by mass (d) Water insoluble matter: Maximum 6%.
