BUILDING MAINTENANCE

Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor, for at least one similar work viz., Similar work shall mean Operation & Maintenance of integrated building systems including HVAC, Electrical, DG, STP, Fire Fighting, and Lift systems in commercial/institutional buildings of the central government departments or state government departments or Public Sector Unit (PSU) or private sector to an extent of value not less than Rs.48.00 lakhs as a single work.

The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 120 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last five financial years. The Turnover certificate along with Balance sheet and P & L statement of past 5 years for the Civil Engineering works only (i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25) issued from a Chartered Accountant (Chartered Accountant PIN and UDIN number must be mentioned failing which bid will considered Non-Responsive) should be uploaded.

Income Tax Return of the Firm for last three financial years (i.e. for the year 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025)

Name of the Bidder, its Registered office Postal address, Name and Contact No. of the Authorized Representative.

Clause by clause compliance demonstrating substantive responsiveness to the commercial condition by signing and stamping on all the pages of the original bid documents in online submission.
