Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding or backing coat, removing rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing where directed and leaving the site clean material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250mm x 7mm /450mmx350mmx7mm/450mmx300mmx 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L non-skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8mm thick, (square / rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab of toilet as under firstly demolish all PCC and flooring of sunken portion of toilet portion ,cleaning the surface with steel wire brush / coil brush and remove all loose particle of concrete and provide 15 mm plaster in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound on vertical surface of sunken portion, creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall after apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on horizontal and vertical surface and laid glass fibre mesh immediately above coating apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs and fillng sunken portion with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 to required level and jointing the sanitary pipes with the water proofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.50 mm ,filling the gap between wall and sanitory pipe with non shrink cementious grout complete treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator of water proofing manufacturer like Dr Fixit/ Fosroc /STP etc Note:-The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment and WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 15 mm thick , plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet re-inforced with M.S. square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing in SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down Shutter exc. 1 sqm and not exc . 2 sqm each

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strips of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for tiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed with the stiles and rails with suitable PVC Sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site all as per specification and drawing in SSR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
