Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) remaining serviceable tiles to stores and rubish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick light shade area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm of any shade and any pattern (pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: No extra cost sahll be allowed for Removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

Material and labour for Non skid coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any shade and any pattern of sixe (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) 400 x 400 x 7 to 8-10mm thick, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floors etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match coloured tiles..(The Colour,shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work). NOTE: No extra cost sahll be allowed for Removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and granite laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or platform etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Granite 18 mm thick of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, treads jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, other plateforms and like in over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. Including pointing in white cement or colour cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite (including moulding etc).

Material and Labour for rounding to edges of Granite slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on Brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc, inckluding removal of debries out side MD land all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, providing one or more coats of Birla white wall care putty to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved shade/tint over a coat of compatiable priming paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Preparation of new ceiling surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of acrylic distemper on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) and cornices, by brooming down with wire brushing or scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and effloroscent salts and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix 50 micron non reflective type frosted pattern sticked to aluminium door glass panes as per instructions of manufacture's, complete including renoval of existing old tornout/faded one all as specified and as directed.
