Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.2 m width and 1.5 m depth in soil/soil mixed with boulders (SMB), including dressing bottom and sides getting out and disposing all excavated material lead upto 6 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (by manual means)

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 sand:10 stone aggregate of size 4 cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering/shuttering).

Filling of Stones

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate size 4cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere.

Centering/Shuttering (Steel) including strutting, propping and removal of formwork (considering 10 times to be used).

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate size 4cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering/shuttering).

Reinforced cement concrete M-30 nearly corresponding to nominal mix 1 Cement: 1.1 Coarse sand: 2.25 stone aggregate size 20mm graded downwards (excluding the cost reinforcement)

Providing,Laying reinforcement including cutting bending, binding, providing hooks overlaps etc bars upto 12 mm (Including cost of steel).

Providing and fixing Warning/Mandatory road signs made of MS plates of triangular shape 90 cms side tightly bolted or welded to suitable post of Mild Steel angle irons (50 x 50 x 5 mm) two numbers braced by MS plate 1 mm thick 30 cms wide embedded in PCC 1:4:8, including painting. The height of bottom of the board to be 1.5 m from the crown of pavement ( all as per IRC 67 of 1977)

Supplying and installation of delineators (600 mm) (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular refelectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and the drawings, all complete as per clause 805 of MoSRT&H specifications. Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x5 mm spaced 2 mtr centre- to- centre, 1.80 mtr high, 1.10 mtr below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 of MoSRT&H specifications. Providing and fixing Informatory road sign post of normal size 80 x 60 cms tightly bolted/ welded to suitable parts of angle Iron (50 x 50 x 5 mm) two numbers braced with MS plate 10 mm width diagonally embedded in PCC 1:4:8 including painting. The height of the board to be 1.5 m from the crown of pavement ( All as per IRC 67 of 1977)

GSB 10 cm thick (compacted) with natural sand, moorum, gravel or any material as per table -400-1 of MORT&H specifications for roads and bridge works, including supply of material, spreading in layers, watering and compaction, all complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per Table-400-13 and satisfying the physical reqmt as per Table No. 400-12 of MORT&H specifications for WMM specifications to a thickness of 75 mm, including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including guarding.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates grading as per table-400-11 and satisfying the physical requirement as per table N0. 400-10 of MORT & H specification for Wet Mix Macadam specifications to a thickness of 100 mm, including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratiry roller to achieve the desired density including guarding.

Provioding sand blanketing to depth of 30mm spraying water, consolidating with power roller all complete
