Dragging of 40 HP motor from well including disassembling of column pipes at Tubewell station Ghoom-Ahmadpora and than by head load to the road side, loading and shifting in a private vehicle arranged by the firm from station to workshop(at site which is at least 30 km from Srinagar ) for necessary repairs. Dismantling the 40 HP motor at workshop and checking of winding and replacement of connections The motor is to be assembled and then bringing back to the site of installation. The skilled labour employed for the job shall be in scope of the work. The job includes lowering the same along with column pipes( 90 feet) and connecting the electric connections. The consumable items like Grease, Gaskets, nuts and bolts shall be in the scope of the contract. Lastly testing of the same on full load
Dismantling the 40 HP motor at workshop and extracting the rotor from the stator, stripping of old and burnt out copper wire along with insulation material from the stator, cleaning of stator with petrol and then Rewinding of stator slots by way of formation/insulation Of required no. of coil set of suitable cross section, varnishing of stator coils with hot air. The job includes servicing/greasing of motor bearings after extracting them with the help of puller. The motor is to be assembled and then bringing back to the site of installation. The skilled labour employed for the job shall be in scope of the work. .. Lastly testing of the same on full load. ( Old scrap shall be retained by the firm)
Fabrication providing and fixing of motor bushes bronze the job including replacement of damaged ones.
Shifting of submersible pumping unit from TWIS chachilora to Ghoom Ahmad Pora as temporary arrangement by way of : a)Loading and unloading of submersible pumping unit . b) Shifting of submersible pumping unit from chachilora to Ghoom Ahmad Pora in a private vehicle with a leads of 10 km appox . The job inclusive of labour ,carriage ,tools and tackles required for execution of jobs and returning the motor back to Chachilora after the site is restored with existing unit
