Taking down cement plaster on brick wall of any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Roughening the surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 100 mm butt hinges stainless steel, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 150 mm extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 250 mm long mild aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting holes into or through brick/ stone masonry walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as required superficial area exc 150 Sq. cm and not exc 400 Sq. cm etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster/PCC any thickness from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exceeding 500 m and not exc. 900 m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling ballies, hard or soft wood, any position, except in posts and struts; including taking out iron straps, bolts and nuts, etc., if any complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cm(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat of dado/skirting etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18- 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing with 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC @ 200ml/ 50Kg of cement in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying water proofing treatment over roof, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 including mixing WPC @ 200ml/ 50Kg of cement, surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule).

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) and surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer after applying 2 coats of cement based wall care putty 1 mm each to wall surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic based distemper over a coat of primer after applying 2 coat of cement based wall care putty 1 mm each including complete removal of existing treatment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for waterproofing Coating with polyurethane based water proofing liquid membrane of approved make to be applied by brush with multi coats with minimum dry film thickness of 1mm and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: the above treatment will be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm/company.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated or semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J hooks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for preparing of new plastered surface of wall and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat se

S&F in repair of PVC valveless, symphonic action type 10 litre capacity low level flushing cistern, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and 32 mm bore PVC flush pipe, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 125 mm long aluminium handles, cast type, anodised, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of harrison rails curtain rod, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board shutter (Flush type) of 24 mm thick made from co-extruded 3 layer rigid PVC foam sheet (single extruded) with density not less than 600kg/cum outer layer (.8-1mm) thick should be of rigid PVC with density of not less than 1400kg/cum manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 certified company. Door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of providing and fixing factory made PVC shelf/ partition of required size consisting of 20mm thick Solid PVC Sandwich Panel with 1mm Plain PVC Sheet on both sides suitably fixed in M.S. angle frame work as per specification & drawing, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 75 mm Hasp and staple, safety type, aluminium anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard & railing 60 cm long, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, primer over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/plinth protection & paving finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 40 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with meter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR-LS cable 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) with proper colour coding drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC medium grade conduit not less that 20mm dia and conduit accessories (ISI marked) concealed in wall/fixed to roof, ceiling etc including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable FR-LS (ISI marked) as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, modular type sunken terminal box made out of GI sheet steel not less than 1.22 mm thick for boxes duly painted with aluminium inside and anticorrosive paint outside, concealed in walls, with modular frame for housing modular type switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc duly earthed including cutting chases of existing wall for conduits and sinking for boxes and making good to the disturbed surface of wall/floor and matching with existing specifications. M&L for providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board frame of size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5 mm thick prelam/plain colour PVC sheet reinforce with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and metre cut at two corners and jointed with 2 no's of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum 4 no's of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2 no's of screws to be provided to the horizontal member etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN 32 AMP and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning including taking down of old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium louvered ventilators of size n exc 0.50 Sqm area with glass louvers, without sash bars of aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.605kg/m for frame of size 40x20x2mm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing , anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings and 5.5mm thick tinted glass fixed in panels with suitable locking arrangements including taking down of old existing steel ventilator and making good disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
