Extension of office building for Chief Construction Engineer, Kanupur Irrigation Project at Basudevpur,Keonjhar

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in Disintegrated rock including dressing and leveling the bed upto the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the site with all leads and lifts with shoring and shuttering with working pump if required etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation & plinth with excavated earth with well rammed including all cost of t&p, labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming cost, conveyance, royality of all materials and cost of labour with T& P required for the work etc. complete ( measurement will be taken in finished compacted section only) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete ( 1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal (free from weathered skinned & debris etc.) of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering laying ramming concrete watering and curing etc. complete to required levels including cost and conveyance royalities of all materials and cost of all labour with T& P required for the work complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

R.C.C/C.C work M-20 using 20mm size down graded black hard crusher broken / granite chips 20mm size not to exceed 60%(free from weathered skinned and debris) etc. including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete using vibrator watering , and curing for 28days including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials & cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of m.s Rod or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grill etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid & smooth centrering & shuttering for R.C.C. works including false work & dismentaling, cleaning the same after casting and after the minimum allowable time lapses as per I.S.Specification including cost & carriage of all materials to the site of work etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
