Supply and fix distribution board vertical Triple pole and neutral double door 415 Volt 4 way DBs IP-43 IK- 09 Vertical type suitable for 160 Ams rated bus bar & including one MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole as incoming including connection with suitable size copper lugs/thimbles/glands including taking down existing unserviciable DBs including MCCBs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- DB and MCCB/MCB shall be of same make.

Supply and fix MCB single pole and neutral 240 volt 10 KA 40 Amp 'C' series conforming to ISI marked including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole and neutral 240 volt 10 KA 20-32 Amp 'C' series conforming to ISI marked including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 240 volt 10 KA 6- 32 Amp 'C' series conforming to ISI marked including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB TPN 415 volt 10 KA 63 Amp 'C' series conforming to ISI marked including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing and material & labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron wire 4 mm as earthing lead (upto terminal point) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh, 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate , reinforced with 8 mm dia dedormed /TMT bars 3 nos both way 12 mm dia round bar handle and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.50 mtr only from top of earth electrode are included under this item. (ii) On testing if the earth resistance is not obtained within permissible limit, earthing will be re-done at NO extra cost ,till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (iii) Any joint in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted.

Material and labour for laying, jointing and testing in replacement underground XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty multistranded electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipe/ under road/ PCC etc and connecting with new aluminium lugs including taking out existing unserviceable of any size/ type complete for the following cables of cross sectional area all as directed: Notes: (a) Excavation, returning, removal, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, GI protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Any damage done during cable excavation to the existing UG infra like UG pipelines, UG electric cables, OFC etc shall be repaired by the contractor at their own expenses. (c) Cost of T&P required for handling/ laying of cable is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.
