PROVN OF OTM ACCN FOR 21 CORPS DENTAL UNIT AT BHOPAL Consultancy services for providing detailed estimate (BOQ) for the bldg/structure with approx plinth area of all the bldgs as 3345.42 Sqm as mentioned in Note below and stage wise yard stick, plinth area rate, abstract, detailed market rate analysis of each bldg incl taking of quantity and abstract priced on SSR 2020 for each bldg as per specimen given below complete as mentioned below :- (a) Working out quantities of each and every item of work shown on main drg and related all TD drgs and as specified in sch ‘A’ Notes, Schedule ‘A’ part-I and particular specifications. (b) The method of the measurement to be adopted in estimating detailed quantity shall be as laid down in preambles as other provisions in MES, standard schedule of rates (SSR) part-I (2009) and part-II (2020) and relevant part of IS 1200 (Latest) (c) Abstract of bill of quantities (detail quantities shall be prepared based on SSR-2020 (Part-II) (Rates) if certain items are not available in MES SSR-2020 then market rates duly supported with price list shall be taken for working out the rates. (d) The consultant shall be required to carry out detailed estimate, abstract and market analysis by using various formulas in MS Excel software. (e) Yard stick shall be prepared as per the sample format given in Appx 18.1 of Manual on Contracts 2020 and as desired by HQ Chief Engineer Bhopal Zone. Specimen yard stick in case of Single Storey, Double Storey and Other type Accommodation i.e. Office and Administrative Accn. Garage Officer’s Mess, Education Building & Other type building etc and other type foundation i.e. pile, raft, stone column etc will be modified accordingly. In case any stage is having more percentage it shall be divided to appropriate sub stages. (f) The consultant shall submit two hard copies of the estimate and abstract alongwith soft copy in MS Excel format in CD. (g) The detailed estimate shall be required to be got checked by this HQ by detailing a rep to this office before submitting final hard copies. (h) Drawings will be supplied to consultants after issue of Job Order. Details/Drawings required for completion of the work may be obtained from the nodal officer detailed by Chief Engineer Bhopal Zone for this purpose. Note: (i) Block Central Dental Unit(CDU) hospital building including AC plant + room, compressed air room, AHU 1 &2, ramps, passages, verandah, porch, corridors, pergolas, plinth protection etc in double/single storey permanent specifications RCC framed structure with anti termite treatment, APP water proofing treatment, false ceilings, etc complete all as specified and shown in drgs. = (2425+136 = 2561.00 sqm) (ii) Block of single JCO’s accn including scooter shed, plinth protection, etc in single storey permanent specifications, RCC framed structure with anti-termite treatment, APP water proofing treatment, etc complete all as specified and shown in drgs. = 43.20 sqm (iii) Construction of block of living accn for Hav’s/OR’s including passage, corridor, toilets, plinth protection, etc in single storey in permanent specifications, RCC framed structure with anti-termite treatment, APP water proofing treatment, etc complete all as specified and shown in drgs.= 406.22 sqm (iv) Construction of block of Garrages for ‘B’ vehicles ingle including aprons, plinth protection, etc in single storey in permanent specifications, RCC framed structure with anti-termite treatment, APP water proofing treatment, etc Complete all as specified and shown in drgs. 167.75+167.75= 335.00 sqm Total = 3345.42 sqm
