MAINT TO ROADS, ROAD FURNITURE, THERMOPLASTIC PAINTING, ROAD SIDE KERB STONE PAINTING UNDER AGE B/R-I GE(KH) YOL.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) in connection with respraying.

Scarifying or picking up gravalled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm and depth exc.50 mm and n.exe 100 mm deep,stacking the servicable material at site and removing the surplus material at site and removing the surplus material to a distance n. exc 50 metres, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Preperation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc incl using paving bitumen appling evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 at 10 kgs per 10 sam as directed by Engr in Charge.

Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using with paving bitumen of any penetration of binder at 4% by wt of total mix.

Preparing existing black top bituminious surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc incl using paving bitumen appling evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 at 5 kgs per 10 sqm as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of any penetration , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tons power roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Bituminous premix shall be mixed in hot mix plant and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical means.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing old painted concrete/plaster surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection of make dark eye Model No DA 74 including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.
