MODULAR OT

Providing and fixing 2 mm anti static seamless conductive Epoxy Flooring (Primer, Screed, ESD Carbonized Coating, Self-leveling Mix Carbonized compound and final coating) for Clean room. The floor should be scratch resistant, fire resistant, chemical resistant, non-corrosive, slip resistant, smooth, anti-fungi, antimicrobial impervious material conductive enough to dissipate static electricity but not conductive enough to endanger personnel from electric shock. The floor finish should pass over a concealed cove former and continue up the wall for 100mm. The floor should be provided flat to within a tolerance of ±3mm over any 3-meter area. Copper grounding strip (0.05 thick, 50 mm width) should be laid flat on the floor in the conductive adhesive and connect to copper wire of grounding. The connection from copper grid should be brought out uniformly at places to form equipotential grid. A self-leveling compound should be laid prior to lying of the floor finish. One earthing lead should be brought out of from every 150 Sq. ft. area and attaching it to main earthing strip/ground. Finished Floor should be highly durable with resistance to shock, scratch proof and indentation. Corners should be uniformly Coved Up to 10 cm height. The conductive material should be uniformly impregnated as grains. The floor should be inert to body fluids, chemicals, detergents and disinfectants and it should not be affected by temperature variation within the OT. Colour should be uniform, pleasant and matching with ambiance. The floor should have electrical resistance (Point to ground) within 2.5x10 to 2.5x106 Ohms as per NFPA-99/ DIN 51953/ATMF-150 B1 class of fire resistance. The floor should efficiently discharge electric charges up to 2 KV. The floor should not allow build-up of electrical charge beyond 100 volts due to anti static effect. It should fulfill product requirements as per EN649. The corner should not be terminated sharply and concealed cove-former (Aluminium) should be used overlap to a height of approximate and sealed perfectly and uniformly. Self-leveling compounds should beused for this purpose.

Providing, Fixing, Installation, and Commissioning of Automatic Hermetically Sealing door 1.2 to 1.8m wide, 2.1 to 2.3m height, having high pressure laminate on both sides that could withstand high abrasion, vision panels (300x500mm). High grade aluminium extrusion profile to carry any door weight (till size 2400mm in width X 2400mm in height) with deep indentations to ensure perfect hermetic sealing. The door leaf should have high quality synthetic rubber gasket with long life to ensure hermetic sealing to maintain pressure differential. Air tightness 99.99% at a pressure 100KPa (Test certificate for hermetic sealing with door frame should be provided with pre-despatch documents. The finished door on either side of the door should be perfectly level (maximum permissible difference +1mm). P Door core of 60mm thick built up with 4mm thick HPCL (High Pressure Compact Laminate) skin at both side of the door to provide better strength and rigidity. CFC-free, high density polyurethane puff (density 40 kg/m3), thickness 52mm to provide better insulation. Door core is surrounded by 2.5 mm thick high-grade aluminium extrusion profiles with natural anodizing of 15 microns finish. Epoxy Polyester Powder coated as per RAL colours or SS Finish (matt/ mirror finish) The aero- dynamic design of profiles makes the door ROBUST in its segment league. Gaskets Door blade is made with 3- tier specially designed 3 side heavy duty replaceable EPDM gasket against wall frame. Bottom sealing with 2-tier heavy duty EPDM gasket to flush with finished floor. Stainless Steel 304 grade lever handle on both side of the door blade for smooth and easy door opening and closing. High Quality double glazed flush vision window of Wall Frame High Grade Aluminium extrusion with natural anodized 15-micron finish wall frame profile. This wall frame profile is 3-sided blind fixed with cladding on wall cut-out section from inside and outside of the room. Including Labour, Transportation, Conveyance etc. The door interlock and access control system shall be provided with combination of proximity card based, numerical key pad lock based and push button-based system & foot operating system. The system shall be complete with access logic controllers, door electromagnets, door release foot operating push button, touchless sensor opening & Closure, emergency door release buttons, PC communicator, control and power wiring and cabling and other required accessories, hardware and software. The access control system shall be powered through UPS supply for uninterrupted operation even during mains power failure. The door Electromagnetic Lock shall be suitable for installation on doors/frames. The electromagnetic lock and armature shall be constructed and designed to provide trouble free service. Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning (SITC) Ceiling panels of 50 mm thickness having composite construction of two skins both sides with 0.8 mm thick SS 304 sheets and core consisting of rigid polyurethane foam, which has been injected under high pressure with a minimum density of 40Kg/Cum. The individual wall panels shall use the tongue and groove technology for joining two panels, no welding shall be allowed. There should be minimum possible cavity/gap in between the solid and Panels. The total distance between the inside and outside surfaces of the operating room should be variable to suit the architects’ layout, but should be sufficient for the flush mounting of equipment. All joints should be filled with metal filler and sanded flush on site, ready to receive the anti-bacterial paint finish. Wall panel joints should be invisible after the final wall coating is applied. All the sharp edges and corners should be chamfered to avoid bacteria contamination. The panels used for construction should be of maximum possible sizes to reduce joints inside the theatre. The wall panel design and construction should allow for the installation and support of all equipment with provision of openings required for repair and maintenance without affecting rigidity and strength. All wall mounted equipment should be flush-mounted and sealed into theatre wall by means of durable sterile jointing system. The internal surfaces of the room walls should be sprayed with water based non reflective Anti-Bacterial Coatings, wall glaze or equivalent, colour approved by the client, to a minimum dry film thickness of 300 microns. The Anti Bacterial Coatings should overlap the floor covering, ceiling system and doorframes by 25mm to provide a continuous sealed surface. This coating should be water resistant, should not support bacteriological or fungicidal growth and is resistant to most chemicals commonly used in hospital departments. It should neutralize micro organisms which come into contact and should prevent colonizing or sporing of micro-organisms. The sterile coating should remain unaffected by radiation, its anti microbial system should not leach out & its anti-microbial properties should last for a minimum of 3 years. The sterile coating system should be easily maintained and should withstand repeated cleaning with alkaline detergents, antiseptics and fumigation agents without any degradation to the surface finish or performance. Chamfered edge corners shall be provided in the vertical corners to avoid 90 degree joints to ensure sterility. Panels should be capable of openings for additional electrical outlets, x-ray viewers, etc and should be cut easily also later on to add Panels. Panels shall be free from scratches & dents, resistant against humidity and cleaning detergents. Panels shall be self-standing high pharma clean room type meeting relevant EN / DIN Standards. In every operation theatre, one wall should be provided with suitable approved design embedded in glass panel of minimum size 2.4 x 3 mtr. Rates for the same shall be included in the quoted rate. IMPORTANT NOTE: The contractor to take utmost care for transport, shifting and erecting complete with all necessary hardware, accessories, fittings and fixtures, as per description in individual items, technical specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer-In charge. Note: Necessary cut opens to be made for service outlets and finished after passing the service outlets. The rate inclusive of materials, labour, paint, wastage, chamfering and whatever needed for the SITC of paneling, nothing shall be paid additionally. Approx wall area 3m x 3m = 9m Sqm. Add Wastage 5% = 9.45

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of hermetically sealed High pressure compact laminate (HPL) sliding or swing door of width 0.8m to 1m width and 2.1m to 2.3m height. The door core should be 40mm thick, built up with 4 mm thick HPL skin on both sides of the door to provide better strength and rigidity. The inner part of the door should be filled with thick pressure injected CFC free polyurethane foam / Iso - Poly of density 45+/-2kg/m3 and thickness of 32 mm. Should be sealed airtight to prevent further ingress of any microbial organism. Door should have 2.5 mm thick extruded aluminium frame with hinge/ sliding profiles as a part of extrusion, concealed type door closed and drop seal to secure integrity of the operating room. Double glazed IG unit with 5mm tempered glass of size 300*300*60 mm, flush finished on both sides with door blade should be provided in the doors. The door material should be of HPL color should match the interior and care should be taken to make the leaf strong and light weight. The finished floor on either side of the door should be perfectly level (maximum permissible difference +1 mm) The rate inclusive of labour, accessories and hardware like SS 304 'D' type handles / push plates and hydraulic door closers, both side key operated locking arrangement, door seal at the bottom & Sides, Stainless Steel kick plates, etc, complete as per instructions of the Engineer-In charge

Flow tube and shroud components would be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate. The humidifier bottle would be unbreakable polycarbonate material and autoclavable at 134 degrees centigrade. The humidifier would have built in safety valve.

Vacuum regulator with suction bottle - SITC of Single piece wall mounted suction collection & regulation unit With jar capacity of 600 ml each shall be provided at each of the bed side. Jars would be made of autoclavable materials. The units shall be clamped neatly to the wall using suitable clamps

AREA VALVE SERVICE UNIT (AVSU) 4 gas - SITC of 4 gas AVSU as required and as specified under the guidelines laid for Medical gas system, as approved by Engineer HLL.

Area Line Pressure Medical Gas Alarm ( 4 gases) - SITC of Four channel microprocessor controlled alarm for pneumatic & vacuum services with Digital display of line pressure for all the services with factory calibrated pressure sensors. Color coded LED display of line pressure status (High-caution normalcaution- low) Audible Alarm for High & Low pressure condition. Test and Alarm Acknowledge (Mute) facility. (Alarm knowledge (mute) time span is programmable from 1 to 60 minutes). Protected programming facility of alarm limits. The electronic circuitry should be such that if the pressure / vacuum in the gas pipeline drops below the present limit, the equipment should give an audio-visual alarm. Visual alarm should remain active even after pressing of “Mute” button. It should come to normal condition only when gas pressure / vacuum return to normal level. Small and compact design. Mounted on a powder coated MS box. Nut & Nipples should be provided for connection with Pneumatic supply complete as required, all QA/QC should be furnished before Engineer (HLL) before installing the system.

EQUIPMENTS

NITROUS OXIDE MANIFOLD - 1X1 - 1+1 Size Nitrous oxide Manifold should be configured with 1 x 1 nos. should be suitable to withstand working pressure of 145 Kg/cm2, along with 2 nos. of high-pressure copper annealed tail pipes with end brass adapter suitable for Nitrous oxide cylinders and manifold.The manifold should be so designed that it should suit easy cylinder changing and positioning. The system should have non-return valves for easy changing of cylinders without closing the bank. The cylinder should be placed with the help of cylinder brackets and fixing chains which shall be zinc plated.

SEMI AUTOMATIC NITROUS OXIDE CONTROL PANEL - Control panel should have two first stage regulators each capable of delivering 100 - 200 psi g outlet pressure.Both the first stage regulators in the nitrous oxide control panel should have non-halogenated polymer in the high pressure side to ensure that there will be no ignition due to adiabatic compression.40 micron filter should be provided at the inlet of each high pressure regulators of the nitrous oxide control panel.The first stage regulators should be connected to a common second stage regulator which will deliver an outlet pressure of 60 psi g.The first two regulators meant for first stage should be capable of switch over system incorporated from “RUNNING ” to “RESERVE” bank due to differential pressure.The control panel should be provided for two individual content contact pressure gauges to indicate the cylinder pressure in the two wings of the manifold and common pressure gauge to indicate the delivery / line pressure.The control panel should have built in audio-visual signal lamp indications for bank changeover. The control panel will be covered with aesthetically suitable cover for safe operation indicating the respective services. Control panel should have built in transformer to ensure safe operation by low voltage. Nitrous Oxide control panel should have inbuilt heating arrangement to ensure that there will be no freezing in the delivery line during high flow requirement.Delivery flow capacity : Approx 500 l/min at 55-60 psi pressure, Nitrous Oxide Manifold - 1 X 1 Manifold.
