M& L for attending complaint of water supply for leakage, pipe broken, line block, cleaning of pipe, float valve and all related to water supply, find out the problems and rectify the same without affective the services complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Complaint shall be attended by experienced plumber/well conversant man power. (ii) Complaint shall be attended within 01 hours and rectify the same within 04 hours. (iii) Contractor shall provide all tools and plants and minor fittings as required. (iv) Contractor shall be penalized @ 1000/- per day for non compliance

Taking down old unserviceable water meter and supply, fixing and testing water meter 15mm dia, ISI marked, Class B, screwed end including coupling and necessary fittings/accessories, nipples with and including cutting existing steel tubing for alteration or fixing of water meter and screwing steel tubing to make operational, complete all as directed. Make:- Capstan/Dashmesh/Kaycee/Capital/Anand Asahi/Kirloskar Note:- The water meter shall be tested from water supply department of UT Chandigarh before incorporation in the work and satisfactory certificate shall be provided with each meter. Testing cost shall be deemed to included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing MS sheet cover (thickness not less tan 2mm) for water meter, fabricated on MS angle iron 25x25x4mm with and including hold fast and locking arrangement including painting with a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for laying of pipes etc and getting out including cutting of grass and bushes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well remming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections and setting aside for reuse or issue in credit for the existing GI pipe 20 mm bore including all fittings such as bend , elbow and tee etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections and setting aside for reuse or issue in credit for the existing GI pipe 25 mm bore including all fittings such as bend , elbow and tee etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of old serviceable GI tubing for re-fixing and connecting obtained from item 7 above in old or new position (wall, ceiling, floor or trenches) of size 20 mm bore , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate for cutting and threading of GI pipe is deemed to be included in quoted rates (ii) Rates for new GI fittings (socket, elbow, bend, union, nipples, reducers etc ) required for fixing of pipe is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning of old serviceable GI tubing for re-fixing and connecting obtained from item 8 above in old or new position (wall, ceiling, floor or trenches) of size 25 mm bore , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate for cutting and threading of GI pipe is deemed to be included in quoted rates (ii) Rates for new GI fittings (socket, elbow, bend, union, nipples, reducers etc ) required for fixing of pipe is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing of galvanized iron steel water tubing medium grade 20mm bore laid in trenches including all fittings such as bends. Elbow, tees, short piece, connections , back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps plugs and unions etc for the following sizes, complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 20mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 25mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 20mm bore PVC ball valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 25mm bore PVC ball valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, or in any position (after staging) etc. and removal outside the MoD land upto a distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 5Km, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete B-0 type (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, benching and the like finished fair & even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing steel tubing of size 20mm bore for alteration or additions , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screwing existing steel tubing of size 20mm bore for alteration or additions or lengthening screw on pipe from conncetor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair GI socket 20mm bore in the existing pipe line including all earth work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down solar water heater system after disconnecting electric and water supply connection and opening of 200 ltrs capacity solar water heater system made up of 2 Nos 100 ltrs capacity solar collector and opening and separating each collector of 100 ltrs capacity from the existing frame by unscrewing the frame joint, dismantling and taking out top cover made out of toughened glass from the top of the solar collector for the cleaning the inner copper tube with the help of electric driven mono block pump set by using de-scaling chemical solution and giving adequate pressure of water till the deposited silt is thrown out from the tubes and drying out with the help of replacement blower and finally removing the dust particles with the help of vacuum cleaner including replacement of unserviceable nut bolts, dead flanges, gasket etc and refixing the same in original pattern and testing, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of heating element of capacity 3 KW with thermostat from the hot water tank by opening the outer frame of the tank, draining out the hot water and replacement of heating element of capacity 3 KW with thermostat compete all as directed.

Dismantling and refixing of hot hot water tank capacity 400/500 ltrs from the unit and taking out the inner tank for de-scaling and necessary welding for checking leakages including providing fresh lagging and outer aluminum sheet cover of original gauge and sill, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and refixing of hot hot water tank capacity 200 ltrs from the unit and taking out the inner tank for de-scaling and necessary welding for checking leakages including providing fresh lagging and outer aluminum sheet cover of original gauge and sill, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of flat plate collector based on indirect transfer of heat suitable for 100 LPD capacity solar water heater ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of flat plate collector based on indirect transfer of heat suitable for 200 LPD capacity solar water heater ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 6 Sqmm and including PVC conduit with all fittings medium grade ISI Marked and PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable of size 6 sq mm as earth wire, connected to common earth dolly and all metal part/main switch including taking down old Unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. MAKE :PLAZA /HAVELL's/FINOLEX/NICCO NOTE :- Two runs of single core PVC insulated standarad copper conductor and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one unit.

S&F in repair Bib tap 15 mm, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable solar collector glass made out of toughened glass ISI marked as per original pattern and size of capacity 500/200 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable temerature gauge on hot water tank as per original pattern and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of rubber hose pipe of 25 mm bore , 300 mm long ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs.55550.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
