Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,jumper work blasting work in soft or hard rock or chiselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prchibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dewatering where ever required dressing of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavaton and then returning the excavated-soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lilfts.

Hiring of earth cutting/excavating machineries to be deployed for earth cutting/excavating or filling making leveling wherever required including cost of fuel oil lubricants and wages of operational staff any repair breakage during operation will be carried out by the owner at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinery one place to another place at required location. Actual working hours will be accounted for the payment and six hour per day working will required average excavation in all kinds of soil including disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Laying ,jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube fittings of light grade screwed and socketted complete with tube fittings such as bends,tees,air valves, etc. of following dia complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.

Dismentaling of existing GI pipes of following dia meter and stacking coplete in all respects (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)

Relaying ,jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube fittings of screwed and socketted complete with tube fittings such as bends,tees,air valves, etc. of following dia complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.

Laying jointing in trenches and testing ( to be leveled to grade) GMS pipe in rising main medium class jointed with 5% of total joints flanged conformimg to IS: 6392-1971 (lates upto date amendements) and remaining joints provided with circumferential butt welded joints and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1969 with electrod as per IS: 814-2004 including required number and size of nuts and bolts as per 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointing gaskets not less than 3mm in thickness as per IS: 2712-1998. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face & one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipe shall confirm to IS: 1239-1990 and as per CPHEEO manual. The laying will include all operations such as cutting welding and jointing including flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials. Pipe will be measured for straight length only. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for spearartely).

Providing and fixing of following dia GI union of superior quality of approved make as per ISI mark with in all lead and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing brass full way wheel valve of superior quality of approved make with in all lead and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing cast iron sluice valves as per IS 14846 of various dias of class PN1.00, Leader/Kirloskar make i/c MS flange of Table-5 as per IS:6392-1971 with welding of MS flanges in requisite layers on both faces including carriage complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Manufacturing , laying, jointing & testing of GI pipe flanged bends of all degrees manufactured from GI pipe with 3-4 cuts of radious not less than 5 times of pipe with welding of all pieces as per code requirement. The MS flanges are to be provided on each joint confirming to IS 6392-1971 & welding of flanges as per IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS 814-1991 i/c required Nos. & size of MS nuts & bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and asbestos fibre jointing gasket sheet not less than 3.00 mm in thickness as per IS 2712-1998. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in requisite minimum three layers to make the joint leak proof as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.
