Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 Sq cm and over in section in any position unframed work and stacking at site where directed complete.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement Corrugated or semi corrugated sheets etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris to outside MoD land and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including grills, fittings & fixtures) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening as ordered after other repair works are carried out including easing and adjusting of shutter as required including renewal of unserviceable screws complete all as directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops, coved fillets, padding over roof and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks or slabs, 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 in walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A1, Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary formwork for fair finished surfaces of concrete and scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of form work, scaffolding, etc. (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked).

Cutting chases in brick/ stone wall, pinning in, making good to facing where required and plastering in CM 1:4 to ends of edges of landing, steps, cills, lintels etc and cutting chases not exceeding 10 cm girth for concealed water tubing and similar works and making good cutting as per its original specfication complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick/stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as required including making good as per its original specification without any extra cost, not exc. half brick thick (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall).

S&F Second class hard wood kiln seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain framed panelled door shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards with commercial veneering on both face the size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm thick Flush shutter with solid core construction with block board core and ply wood face panels commercial type on both sides and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 Kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer -In- Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, steel ladders etc fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with bolted or welded attachment, including necessary welding etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality `A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Chicken wire mesh cut to size made to shape as ordered including fixed to walls with nails for receiving the plaster complete all as directed. Note : Weight of GI chicken wire mesh shall be 250 to 300 gm/Sqm.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/ ridges/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding, safety net, safety belt, etc

S&F 6 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre board with frame work with screws fixed to false ceiling with and including MS powder coated (white) snap Grid of size 605x605 mm frame work using 24mm x 32mm x 0.7mm main ‘Tee’ runner to be interlocked, 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm cross ‘Tee’ and 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm angles fixed to wall for ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 4 mm dia GI wire (upto 3.5m long adjustable) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 24x7mm size 60mm long for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 1200mm centre to centre both way with PVC rawl plug with & including 6mm thick calcium silicate board as described fixing with clips etc. and ceiling board fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions, with & including painting the ceiling board with two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade over a coat of primer on ceiling with & including taking down existing electrical fittings/fixtures and wiring in ceiling and re-fixing the same to its original position or different locations, after completion of false ceiling work including testing on completion as ordered complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' Section in existing roofs or terrace cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description or any other type of treatment over roof slab, parapets, chimney stacks, etc including cement plaster over RCC roof and cleaning the surface with wire brushes and washing with water, removing of insolvent materials and removing & depositing the debris, rubbish, etc outside MoD land, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the cleaned surface and provide 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer/plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement while the cement slurry is still green on RCC roof/parapet, provide oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm after bedding layer/plaster is cured with water for 7 days & completely dried, provide minimum 4mm thick APP based modified polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt fabric weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm with over laps 100 mm longitudinal direction (side laps) and 150 mm on the transverse direction (end laps) by thermo-fused torch flame application method as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finishing the top surface with one finishing coat of bituminous aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) WPC shall be measured & paid for separately as ‘Supply only’. (ii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and contractor shall submit a written guarantee of the manufacturer/authorised applicator for the effectiveness of WPT for 10 years from the date of completion of contract. (iii) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (iv) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for average 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course of floor finishes and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (Colour & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 600mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (Colour & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 600mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as skirting, riser, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4, size of tiles as directed by GE to match the size of vitrified tiles provided in floor under respective item in this Schedule, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for factory made M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, rubber moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work of walls with WPC mixed @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR latex per bag of cement {Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 40 N/sqmm (According to ASTM C109)} in small patch work over column/ beams/ ceilings / walls surfaces 20 to 30mm thick in two layers over a coat of bonding agent like Nitobond SBR (1 ltr SBR + 3 Kg cement) applied as per manufacturer’s instructions for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- SBR latex chemical shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’.

Supply only SBR latex chemical of Make Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick layer of white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any number of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty on walls complete all as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L in repair for street light bracket made from MS tubing in required size & shape at site, cut to length, bend to shape required and suitable for existing street light pole and fixing the bracket to pole with MS flat and nuts and bolts and finally painting the exposed steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of MS pipe shall be as directed. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of painting. Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

M&L for Mild steel angle cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections & MS bars conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed with & including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat of aluminium paint and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

S&F in repairs 2.50 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through existing conduit pipe/ inside GI Pole from DB, Junction Box, etc to fitting with suitable lugs etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs Junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet readymade of size 300x200x100 mm having 100 Amp capacity including RYB and neutral with aluminium busbar, with & including MCB SP 6 Amp 10 kA 'C' Curve 240 V (01 No.) fixed to pole/wall with MS clamp made out of MS flat iron 25x5 mm with suitable nut, bolts, washers, etc and necessary painting to MS clamp with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing steel/ GI/ Metal pole (upto 5 mtrs height) surface by cleaning, removing creeper etc including fancy type GI/ MS bracket & clamps of street light fitting fixed on pole and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Golden & Black colour or as directed) over one coat of zinc chromate primer and writing Pole numbers with white paint having black background enamel paint complete all as directed.
