| 3.011) The agency has to arrange the lift inspections at site after successful installation. Obtaining clearance certificate from Electrical Inspectorate is within the scope of work. Statutory Fee if any shall be paid by the agency for which reimbursement shall be made on production of original fee receipt. | ||||
| 3.022) All the lifts above shall have all mandatory provisions, without any extra charge , to make these lifts fully compatible for use by physically challenged persons. | ||||
| 3.033) Miscellaneous items like supports for guide rails, overhead gears, scaffoldings, minor building works like making pockets, holes, painting etc. and making good the same also are included within the scope of work. The Lift shall be provided with automatic rescue device, over load indication and protection, audio announcement and full height Infra red curtain in doors. | ||||
| 3.044) The work also includes 12 months guarantee for the lift installation all inclusive of free comprehensive maintenance of the lift including replacement of defective materials, monthly inspection and servicing, attending the breakdown calls etc as reqd for the period as required. | ||||

1) The agency has to arrange the lift inspections at site after successful installation. Obtaining clearance certificate from Electrical Inspectorate is within the scope of work.
