SUPPLY OF LIGHT AND SOUND SHOW WITH MUSICAL FOUNTAIN

Light and Sound Show with Musical Fountain shall consist of 3D video projection on Ujjayanta Palace facade integrated with musical fountain and audio visual integration with related software and Hardware including Artistic work. Artistic Work shall include following components : a. Show elements : Art direction, Lighting, Audio, Script, Research, voice over in languages like Bengali, Hindi and English and music by renowned artists etc. b. Visualizing the content, creating 2D, 3D animation, video shoot etc. c. any other Art component d.Production of video contents, including graphics, scenography, videography, raw stocks and VFX – 15-20 minutes duration e. Programming/ integration of show with content, effect etc. Light and Sound Show with Musical Fountain shall consists of following Components: The quantities, sizes, capacities for various systems indicated be;ow are minimum and are given for reference.

a ) Audio equipment : -Audio Rack 19 " mounted type Single 36U flat screen System ( 1 no.) - Outdoor Main speakers 800w (8 nos.) - Amplifier for Main speakers 2000 w (4 nos.) - Subwoofer Speaker -1000w (4 nos.) - Amplifier for Subwoofer-1000w (2 nos.) - Surround Speakers-600w ( 16 no.) - Amplifier for Surround speakers-1000w ( 4 nos.) - Digital Signal sound processor(1 no.) - Monitor speaker (1 no.) - Cables between amplifiers and sound processor (1 no.) -Twisted pair Speakers cables (800mtrs.) -Connectors for speakers (50 nos.) -Mounting Cabinets -Field/Distribution junction Boxes b) Projector and Laser - 3-Chip DLP 16000 lumens with suitable lens (2 nos.) - Projector enclosure with temperature & humidity control (2 nos.) -16' x 9' motorised screen(5 no.) - Moving head projector -DPSS, 2.5Watt x 1 No. Laser Gun with complete software and hardware c) Water feature/Fountain Equipments - Nozzles/ Jets/ Fountains as per design. -Control Panel

d) Lights : Light system shall include, - Luminarirs of various rating as per design -21wx12V LED Light (100 no.) - Junction boxes for lights with transmitter & light cards e) Pumps System : The pump HP & no. of pumps as mentioned below is for reference, aspect of number of Pumps, Capacity of the pumps etc. shall be decided based on overall proposal to achieve the desired effect . f) Controller and Programming - Show Controller with software and Audio cards (1 no.) -Video Production Server(1 no.) -Video Player/ Distribution Servers(1 no.) -SMPTE/Midi interface unit(1 no.) -Programming of musical fountain through integration of water effects, lights g) Pipes and Fittings : Pipes & fitting system shall include - SS/GI pipes, with necessary fittings of required quantity - Galvinised manifolds of required size & quantity - Valves of required type & quantity - Solenoid valves 24 V DC of required quantity - VFD for pumps as per requirement h) Computer System : The system shall include -Rack Mountable PC with flat screen 17" TFT Monitor with key board, mouse etc -UPS Backup- 30kva -CCTV with Camera

i) Control Panel(IP-65 if installed outdoor) : System shall include - Main control cum distribution panel with Two incomers and One bus coupler( 1No.) alongwith all other associated eqipments like MCCB,RCBO,MCB,wiring etc with adequate size. - Control Panel(IP-65if installed outdoor) alongwith all other associated eqipments like MCCB,RCBO,MCB,wiring etc with adequate size for Musical fountain j) Wires and Cable : -Power cables for Lights -DMX signal cables -DMX Splitter/Boosters -Optic fiber/Network Video Signal cables -3 core Flat copper conductor flat Cable,2&4corecable set -Waterproof Submersible Cable -Armoured Cable -Cable Tray -DWC pipe for underground cabling k) Minimum 62.5 KVA DG Set with AMF panel and associated Cabling l) Body Earthing for equipments ( as per IS-3043 amendment 2018) -Two nos Copper Plate Earthing for DG neutral -Two nos GI pipe Earthing for DG body Earthing -Two Nos GI Pipe Earthing for Body Earthing for Incomer LT DB -Two Nos GI Pipe Earthing for Fountain DB Earthing -Two Nos GI Pipe Earthing for AMF panel -Other required Earthing arrangements. m) Other Miscellaneous Components : Civil works for Speakers, projectors, cable trenches, light fixing etc., Plastic chairs, Protective enclosures for lights
