ANNUAL MAINTENANCE (AMC) OF GRASS CUTTING and CLEANING AT 132 KV SUB STATION SURROUNDINGS AREA OUT SIDE AREA AND DIVISIONAL STORE 132KV SUBSTATION, IDPL RISHIKESH

Maintenance of 132 KV IDPL Sub Station & Divisional Store , out side area by cleaning grass and removal of the rubbish up to distance 50 m. out side area the periphery of the area cleared. the work will include cutting of grass , bushes , jungle vegetation,weed etc and sapling upto 5 cm above ground level and cleaning of the Switch yard & Divisional Store , out area by removal of rubbish , dry leaves , foreign material of Work of cutting and on regular basis by cutting of grass,bushes, Jungle , dry leaves and scrapping of girth,foreign materials and (waste paper, polythenes, etc. and throwing and disposing it upto safer place outside the switch yard sub station & divisional Store premises on the same day of cutting carried out including sweeping of all trench covers, plinth, paths, removals and uprooting of climbers along with roots from pale/ wiremesh fencing and all equipments structures as per direction of concerning site engineer. A) 132 KV Substation Switch yard & building Surounding area including up to pale fencing ( 3900 sqm x 12 Cutting= 47400Sqm). M2

B) outside open space including approch road up to T point end ( 6000sqm x 06 Cutting= 36000 M2

C) 132 KV Divisional Store & both side area . ( 5900 sqm x 12 Cutting .=70800 M2
