Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for angle iron works as in post and struts in fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, bolting or riveting, notching for wire etc complete conforming to Fe. 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia for securing chain link fencing fixed to RCC fencing posts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per Fe-410-S or 0.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm not exceeding 10cm long with shank 5 to 10mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised iron chain link fencing with 4 mm dia of wire made up into matresses with mesh of any size and type and fixed with 10 mm dia MS round bars and straining including provision of binding wire for securing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed after dismantling of old unserviceable chain link fencing of any type including round bars and nut & bolts etc as per relevant IS specification and as approved by GE. (Note: 10 mm dia MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining resecuring of old barbed wire including making good, staples or steel pins, securing or tying at crossings with and including of galvanised mild steel wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of Fe-410 (Gde E-250) quality 'A' after dismantling of old steel doors, gate etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or concrete surface of wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates, columns, posts, boundary pillar, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc (of any section indicated) , with plain fair faces including chamfered, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar (1:3) including taking down old broken glass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on surface of wall including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer on newly plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hard standing or path complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, hard standing etc finished the surface even and fair by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming contraction joints (dummy) 75mm deep X10mm wide, filled with sealing compound of Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in hard standing, floors, sub base of floor etc finishing cement concrete surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (glossy type), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2008 (M-35 grade) over in and including 50mm thick compacted sand cushioning after demolition /dismantling of existing paver block, footpaths, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete after dismantling of plain sheet sheeting of any gauge, thickness etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.
