Taking out G.I. sheet from the roof up to height of 3.5 m of shed very carefully and Stacking servicable material in proper place for reuse.

Taking out old damaged,undulated and dislocated stone patal & flake stone flooring of Old Bhogshala and ruind structures, path ways very carefully and stacking properly serviceable material and disposal unserviceable etc complete.

Taking out the old decayed and termitted deodar/cheer wood planks, rafter, beams & doors very carefully and stacking properly serviceable material and disposal unserviceable etc complete.

Demolishing brick work manually including stacking serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable up to lead 100 mtr.( in Cement mortar)

Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as (In cement mortar)

Demolishing cement concrete manually and disposal of material up to 100 mtr laed. (Concrete 1:3:6)

Excavation of hard soil mixed with kanker gravels including dressing sides ramming, compacting, curring bottom and disposal the earth with gravel by head load, 200 mt lead etc complete. (Ordinary rock )

Provision for dressed stone massonary (C.R) in foundation & superstructure in 1:1:2:2 LCM including curing etc complete.

P/L lime concrete on the floor level in 50% 1:1:2:2 LCM with 25mm down guage stone aggregate including curing etc complete.

P/L 30 to 40mm thick stone flooring of different sizes over 20mm thick base of 1:1:2:2 LCM laid & jointed with slurry including cutting, dressing, fixing & curing etc.

Providing and fixing of coloured offset G.I sheet on the roof with nut bolt washer etc complete.

Taking out dislocated, Bulged, out of plumb and decayed heavy architectural members/ blocks stone of the temple bringing down very carefully from top to base with proper documentation, numbering including shorting, cleaning, staking of serviceable members and disposal unserviceable members etc complete.

Restoration/resetting of the heavy and different type architectural members in proper place of the shrine received vide item no.10 lifting from ground to top of the shrine very carefully with layer wise as per original and fixing in 1:1:1 lime concrete mortar including proper clamping dressing of weathered part, making in shape and size etc complete.

Provision for replacing of weathered, damage and cracked architectural member of different sizes of the shrine and providing new blocks/members after four side line dressing cutting edges, design/moulding in shape surface finishing, placing and fixing in proper place in 1:1:1 mortar as per original etc complete.

P/F M.S grill Consisting 12 mm square bars at 100 mm c/c velded in holes vertically with angle itan frame of size 50x50x6 mm and 10 mm top pointed head complete with all respect.

Raking out joints in cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing including disposal and rubbish to the damping ground , all complete

Recess pointing in 1:1:1 lime mortar with colour pigment including racking, cleaning joints curring etc complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two or more coats.

P/F M.S square hollow section post with truss fixing as cantiliver for coloured offset G.I sheet roofing of bhajanshala

P/F of missing ornamental wooden pendent design of the temple including cost of wood labour etc complete.

Provision for engaging Beldar for site clearness after completion of work
