Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator/manual means in foundation, trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in with or 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr, any kind of soil.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerb and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapet, coping, bed blocks, anchor block, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc, upto floor five lever of grade 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size, excluding cost of centering and shuttering and finishing.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required in grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and similar works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactures(Asian/Berger paint or its equivalent) of required colour to give an even shade on new work wooden or steel surfaces with two or more coat as required

Providing and fixing Display Board of size 3'0" x 2'0" indicating Name of Work, Name of Head, Date of Commencement, Date of completion, Sanctioned Amount, Expenditure, Name of Ward Councilor and Name of Contractor, at prominent place
