Foundation Works

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. for all kinds of soil

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

FINISHING

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

CHAIN LINK FENCING ARRANGEMNT FOR VCB YARD.

"Providing GI wire mesh chain link fencing around the outdoor Sub-Station Building complete with adeuqateM.S.Channel of size 75 mm X 40 mm LC and shall have ironbracing of the angle iron frames. The upper parts shall be bend to the required degree and shall have four lines GI barbed wires. The GI chain link fencing shall be such that no stray dog etc. will be able to enter the switchyard.Frame work of gates of the switchyard shall be made up of minimum 2"" dia ( n.b.) M.S. pipe of 'B' class and the GI chain link fencing shall be used to enclose the pipe frame work with angle iron of iron bracing. The gates shall have a locking arrangement with providing 6 lever type "" Godrej"" make lock. The minimum height of fencing is 2.0 mtrs. above ground level. The distance between M.S.Channel support is minimum 2.0 meter and one angle iron ( 35 x 35 x 5 mm ) should be provided on top of chain link fencing around the switchyard and one angle iron (35 x 35 x 5 mm) just touching the ground level / wall around the switchyard. The complete chain link fencing work shall be painted with two coats of primer and two coats of alluminium paints. Brick / bolder massonry work I/c plaster shall be provided of size 300 x 400 mm around the switchyard except door entry. After erection of frame, angle iron and jali, wire mesh are painted with red paint and white aluminium paint. " Measurement to be taken only for the wiremesh area and shall be deemed to be included the Channel which is grounted in ground and Gate of size 2.5 mtr wide.Fencing shall be as per drawing.(The measurement shall be done on running meter basis).

Testing and Commisining

Supplying and filling of Transformer oils as per the IEC 60296

Erection of Transformer/Genset/Control panels.

Transportation, Installation, testing and commissioning of 250kVA transformer with required plinth area construction, complete servicing of 250kVA transformer with following testing of insulation resistance, winding resistance, ratio test, vector group test & gasket replacement and submission of reports to the engineer in charge also replacement of faulty equipment etc. as required. Note: 1. Transformer will be supplied by EMC, 2. Crane arrangement & transportation will be contractor scope, 3. Plinth area of transformer to be constructed with size of 1500x1000x700mm with necessary excavation, sand filling, PCC filling, brickworks & plastering works. Also required channel arrangement for locking of transformer wheel.

HT RING MAIN UNIT OUT DOOR

Augmentation of the existing 11KV Outdoor Ring Main System by extending / adding 1No. of SITC of 11kV, 3 phase, 630A, 20kA/3 sec, 50Hz, totally SF6 Gas Insulated OUTDOOR Compact switch gear with motorized Vacuum Circuit Breaker: V+ (Extendable type) complete with overload and earth fault protection by self-powered relays. The panel should be with suitable ratio ring core type protection CTs etc., and as per the technical specifications as specified in tender documents. (The RMU shall be the same make of Existing RMU) (Note: The scope of work includes providing necessary Foundation as prescribed by the Manufacturer).

FABRICATION OF CUBICLE BOARDS/LADDER/SOLAR STRUCTURE

Fabrication, supply of out-door feeder pillar type made out of not less than 2.2 mm thick MS sheet and angle iron base frame with hinged door on both side and gowden locks welded on the door i/c painting connection inter-connection etc. as per CPWD specifications (Part IV & V) of following size and providing and fixing following switch gears with cable entry boxes for both incoming and outgoing cables termination, glands, interconnection, connections powder coated painting, earthings , including of all erection, Labelling of incoming and outgoing feeders & transport charges etc., as required. The panel drawing should be submitted before execution of the works. (Make: L&T/Legrand/Schneider/Siemens).
