Improvement Of Road From Grand Road to Banamber temple towards Sani Temple in Ward no-17

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and copacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road works.Page-166, Item no.-42

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:3:6 with aggregate 40 mm nominal size including the cost of materials labour conveyance royality all taxes of materials watering for curring etc. complete.

Cleaning the existing surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and or compressed air to receive bituminous.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumern at the rate of 0.20 Kg per Sqm on the prepared surface cleaned including cost of Carriage & Royality taxes etc complete.

Providing and laying 25mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spaceing of 10 cm centimeter in both direction pressed in to surface when the temperatue of the surface not less than 100 degree centigrade protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete.

Raseing man hole chamber including dismantling and reconstruction of road depth 0.15mtr to 0.225 mtr etc complete as per direction of EIC.
