REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT WALL PLASTER CLEANING OF OVERHEAD TANKS ATT AND MISC WORK IN RESIDENTIAL AREA UNDER AGE I RnD NSTL VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description including roof plaster and removing the debris to a distance exc. 500m and depositing out side MD land all as directed.

All cracks and construction joints should be either filled with epoxy putty or mortar. Supplying and applying High build elastomeric waterproofing coating, Supplying and applying waterproofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface. System includes (i) Proper surface preparation to Remove loose dust, dirt, loose mortar, curing compound etc., (ii) Carry out cementitious injection grouting at leakage points and construction joints using cement slurry modified with Cebex 100- plasticized or equivalent expansive grout admixture supplied in 225gm pouch, treatment of construction joints using polymer modified mortar prepared by using Nitobond SBR Latex or equivalent. (iii) Application of polymer modified vatta at floor-wall junction, filling of annular space around rain water outlet using Conbextra GP-2 – Non-shrink cementitious grout or equivalent. (iv) Any undulated surface and potholes shall be filled with Epoxy primer Nitoproof WB Primer or equivalent on sound mother slab surface. (v)Followed by application of two coats of nitoproof 600PF- liquid applied single component pitch free polyurethane coating supplied in Kg drum coverage of min @ 2.3 kg/m2 to achieve 1.5mm dry film thickness in two coats placing glass fabric reinforcement min 225 gsm between1st coat and second coats complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specifications. (vi) Coating shall be having crack bridging of 2mm, Elongation (ASTMD 412)>Min 500%, Tensile Strength (ASTM D412)- 2.5n/mm2, Recovery from Elongation(ASTM D412)- 95% Min 80% Solid content, Tear Resistance(ASTM D624)- 15 KN/m, Shore A Hardness (ASTM D2240)-50, Water Vapour transmission not more than 1g/m2/hr. Water Permeability (DIN 1048)-Nil, Service Temperature - -400C to 700C, Flash point 700C HSE Guidelines: It is recommended to provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilation, provide protection to eye, face, hand and other skin by wearing appropriate gloves, goggles, face shields, respiratory protection etc. as directed in SDS of the product. Note: Work should be executed only through authorized company applicator and company as well as contractor should give written guarantee for 10 years for roof treatment to the department and if any leakage or seepage during guarantee period. Contractor as well as company is responsible for the same and rectified without extra cost.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes Cement plaster 1:3

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished fair and even without using extra cement in CM 1:4.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfacescomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash.

Dismantling water tanks of any description in any position exceeding 250 & not exceeding 500 lit capacity complete all as specified and directed.
