Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting / galvalume sheet any gauge, thickness as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium section as frame work for fixing roofing tiles including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note ; Minimum average thickness of anodizing (coating of anodizing) on all aluminum section and fitting shall be 15 micron

M&L roof tiles Mangalore pattern, class 'AA' interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern or roofing tiles bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 using water proofing Compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new MP roof tile surfaces by and applying two coats of antifungal paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS steel work in tubular sections (Circular/Square/Rectangular) as in post, trusses, brackets, purlins, rafters etc., conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 for hollow tubes including necessary welding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Erection and fixing only work in tubular trusses (tubular, angle, square and rectangular etc) including erection shaped washer etc. complete using serviceable materials obtained from item No 3 above complete all as specified.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description or thickness/chipping of cement concrete in any situation from brick or concrete surface including raking out of joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water to received new plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only liquid waterproofing compund.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description over concrete padding of any thickness etc from roof incl finishes or junction or parapet and cleaning the surface (by mechanical means like grinder, etc) and removal rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in roof, floor, padding n exc 15 cm thickness in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 using water proofing Compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete, roof slab padding preparatory to roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on roof with water proofing compound surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 4mm thick & weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 150 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing incl applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on roof with water proofing compound, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same manufacturer. 3. The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65mm X 50mm size & making good in CM 1:3.

Demolition of brick masonry or PCC work or stone masonry built in cement mortar and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.

M&L for preparation of pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of chalk whiting on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC content less then 50 gms/liters (interior grade) on wall all as specified and as per manufacture's instructions.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint (interior grade) on wall over a coat of acrylic primer over a coat of putty as required all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC content less then 50 gms/liters (interior grade) on wall over a coat of acrylic primer over a coat of putty as required all as specified and as per manufacture's instructions.
