Taking down old unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket , power socket and bulk head fittings) from PVC/matelic conduit,on surface wiring, on wooden batten/casings & caping complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendents holder, regulators, sockets and defective main switch/DB/MCB/Metal plug etc. by unscrewing carefully from boards etc complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for point wiring using FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed /multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sq mm drawn through and including pvc conduit marked and of appropriate size as specified, fixed in conceeled of wall/ceiling with mild steel modular box for modular fittings including all fittings such as tees, bend and junction boxes etc complete for following:-

One light/Fan point controlled by one switch 5 Amps one way using cable (1.5 Sq mm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sq mm earthing)

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button bell push , using cable (1.5 Sq mm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sq mm earthing)

One 5 Amp socket outlet on independent board.

One 5 Amp socket outlet on same board.

All as per Item Srl No 2 above but for one socket outlet 15 Amps on Independent board using cable (2.5 Sq mm for Phase & neutral and 2.5 Sq mm for earthing).(modular wiring)

Supply and fixing switch modular 6amps 230 volts one way switch.

Supply and fixing switch modular 16amps AC 230 volts one way switch complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F socket 6Amps AC 230 VOLTS 2/3 pin combined 2 modular type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F socket 6A/16Amps AC 230 VOLTS 2/3 pin combined 2 modular type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure factory made (double door) shutter type for DB SPN, 240 Volts, 12 ways with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral link, earth bar complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F in replacement SPN 63 Amp, type 'C'10KA, 240 Volts.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp, 'C'10KA, 240 Volts.

S&F ceiling rose 3 terminal size 50*65 mm surface type.

S&F LED Lights fitting 1x18 watt,220V, AC Decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specfied and directed.

S &F Replacement for angular type Lamp holder PVC policarbonate type with back plate complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply & fixing LED Bulk head Sirius Series 10 W LED light .

Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cmx 60 cmx 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M belownormal GL connected to GI wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of nut,bolts and check nut and washer,GI light grade protection pipe 15 mm dia. upto 7.5 m,GI watering pipe 20 mm dia,RCC cover with funnel,excavation in any type of soil,PCC pit charcoal ,salt all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I, including earth test point up to pannel board,all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

S & F of sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door ,VTPN, 415 volts 4 ways (one incoming three phase & twelve out goings single phase )for MCCB & MCB,s comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following a) MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 16 KA=01 NO (for incoming ) (b) MCB SP 63 amps = 04 Nos (for outgoings) . ( Note :- (i)The DB shall be VTPN series . (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(iii)connection of the MCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble properly crimped.(iv) All the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) Double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly. (vi) cutting chasing shall be part of job at no extra cost .

S & F in repair surface mounting LED downlighter with white power coated aluminium housing with integrated electronic driver 15 watt complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sq mm with suitable size of 40/42 watt complete all as specfied and directed.

S& F LED Street light fitting 35 watt 230 v AC out door type with high pressure die complete with driver,lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with ip 65/66 protection complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for submain wiring with copper conductor PVC insulated FRLS of size 2 x 10 sqmm alongwith earth wire of size 1 x 10sqmm on wall surface with and including PVC casing caping of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & FIX EXHAUST FAN made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with lovers shutter,voltage 230v,50 HZ, RPM 1200,COPPER WINDING OF SWEEP 250MM,Complete all as specified and directed

M & L For meaking Hole for exhaust fan 300 mm sweep complete re plastring and meaking Good as per existing surface.

Note :- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of sch of credit
