CONSTRUCTION OF NEW EARTH PITS AS PER REQUIREMENT & STD IS3043 AT CHERLAPALLI INSTALLATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) The contractor must ensure each and every activity mentioned in the SCOPE OF JOB is followed during

execution of the subject job.

2) Vendor is requested to visit the site before quoting the rate.

3) In case of contractor negligence whenever there is a loss to the company/ neighbors due to non-adherence

to SCOPE OF JOB; penal amount as fixed by company will be debited from contractor’s payment. Job to be

executed as per the directions of BPCL officer.

4) Payments will be made after completion of the job. No advance payments will be made.

5) The contractor should provide personal protective equipment to each staff. The same to be ensured is worn

by all staff at all times when on duty.

6) Vendor shall indemnify the company against any claim arising out of accident compensation or obligation of

the principal employer arising out of non compliance of legal provisions under various labour statutes.

7) Any variation in design/specifications, Vendor shall be fully responsible and penal amount will be double the

tender value which contractor has to bear.

8) Vendor shall provide the spares within the stipulated time from the date of order by BPCL officer.

9) Vendor shall appoint a full time supervisor for proper supervision and control.

10) Vendor shall be responsible for any misconduct of the workmen employed by him.

11) Job has to be completed within 7 days from the issue of work order for the same.

12) All other terms & conditions as per tender form will be applicable.
