Dismantling cement asbestos celotax/hard board in ceiling or partition wiall including stacking of serviceable material and deisposal of un-serviceable materials within any lead (frame work such as joints, beams to be measured and paid for separately) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm (fifteen millimeter) thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm (five hundred ninety five into five hundred ninety five millimeter) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams (one hundred twenty grams) per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm (twenty four into thirty eight millimeter) made from 0.33 mm (zero point three three millimeter) thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm (one thosuand two hundred millimeter) centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm (twenty four into twenty eight millimeter) made out of 0.33 mm (zero point three three millimeter (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm (one thosaund two hundred millimeter) long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm (six hundred millimeter) centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm (one thosaund two hundred into six hundred millimeter) and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm (six hundred millimeter) and size 24 x28 mm (twenty four into twenty eight millimeter) made of 0.33 mm (zero point three three) thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm (one thosuand two hundred into six hudnred millimeter) panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm (six hundred into six hundred millimeter), resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle precoated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm (twenty four into twenty four into three thosuand millimeter) made of 0.40 mm (zero point four zero millimeter) thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm (four hundred fifty millimeter) centre to centre with 25 mm (twenty five millimeter) long dry wall screws @ 230 mm (two hundred thirty millimeter) interval and laying 15 mm (fifteen millimeter) thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm (twenty five into thirty five into one point six millimeter) fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm (twelve point five millimeter) dia and 50 mm (fifty millimeter) long dash fasteners, 4 mm (four millimeter) G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm (eighty five into thirty into zero point eight millimeter) spaced at 1200 mm (one thosuand two hundred millimeter) centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm (twenty four millimeter) of all Tsections shall be prepainted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. . . Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/ opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm. (zero point three zero squaremeter)The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (zero point five zero) (Minimum), light reflection > 85% (eighty five percent), non- combustible as per B.S. 476 (four hundred seventy six) part IV, 100% (one hundred percent) humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity <0.043 (zero point zero four three) w/ mK

Steel work welded in build up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red oxide in gratings framed guard bars, ladders, brackets and similar works complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (one point six six millimeter to two millimeter) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting , fixing and weldign to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete (base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals.
