Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth sides of foundation.As per SS 20B

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyace of all materials and all labour charges, etc.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and lobour charges

Brick work in CM 1:5mix using country bricks, ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Above Ground level

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

Reinforced cement concrete 1: 1.5 :3 (One of cement one and half of sand and three of hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supply and fixing of STEEL TUBES of outer dia 152.4mm,thickness 5.4mm as per IS-1161-2014 including cost and conveyance of all charges etc,complete

Supply and fixing of SQUARE HOLLOW SECTION of following size for roofing as per IS-4923-1997 including cost and conveyance of all charges etc,complete

Supply and fixing of GI Sheet of 30cm wide & 1.6mm thick including cost and conveyance of all charges etc,complete

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thickand steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and fixing of SS Hand rail for staircase andsurrounding including cost and conveyance of all charges etc,complete
