Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power etc.) complete including fitting such as switches, socket, bell pushes, ceiling roses, pendants/batten holder, call bell, regulators etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for wiring with and including multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked with valid CML number, drawn in PVC conduit concealed wiring and including medium grade PVC conduit 25mm in size, fire resistant including its fittings and fixtures such as tees, bends, elbows, junction boxes, etc. including multistranded copper conductor 1:5 Sqmm (nominal cross sanctional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRlS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valid CML number as continuity earth wire and including pressed steel sunken conealed terminal box with 3mm thick industrial laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets and fan regulators etc. complete all as specified and directed.

(b) One 3 pin, 5 Amp socket outlet on independent board.

(c) One 3 pin, 5 Amp socket outlet on the same board controlled by another switch.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure double door for DB's SPN 8 way 240 V having 200 A rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-Incharge.

S&F, in repair, Distribution Board SPN 12 way, 240 volts, 200 Amps, factory made powder coated, double door with neutral and earth link, suitable for fixing MCB,s complete including connecting all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SPN 32A, 240 V -10 KA all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MCB SP 6-32A, 240 V -10 KA all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in replacement sub-main wiring with 2 single core 6 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100Volts grade, copper multi stranded conductor drawn in PVC casing and capping ISI marked including with its fittings and fixtures such as tees, bends, elbows, junction boxes, etc. including multistranded copper conductor 6.0 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valied CML number as continuity earth wire drawn through and connected to main switch/ DB and testing on completion. Note: (i). 2 run of main conductor and one run of earth conductor shall be measured as one length.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth Lead 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 25x4mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 15 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 15 mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 20 mm bore light grade 7.5m.
