Operational Contract OC and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract CAMC of Fire Fighting System installed at GMC and AH Kheora Rajouri

OPERATIONAL CONTRACT (OC) 24x7 Operation of Fire fighting system and all allied equipments, machinery. The technicians for operation will also be responsible for preventive maintenance, minor repairs/settings on a routine basis. Wages of the operators/technicians (03 Nos) for 01 year (12 months).

COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE (CAMC) CAMC of fire fighting system installed at GMC&AH Kheora Rajouri which includes periodic servicing/maintenance and repair/replacement of a) Fire hydrants, sprinklers, hoses, first aid hose reels along with pipeline system, b) fire alarm panel, c) Fire alarm accessories, d) refilling of already expired and empty fire extinguishers and also refilled when used/expired as and when required, e) fire Pumps, f) Fire engine and pumps etc., g) Public address system, h) Gun metal fire brigade connections, h) Hose cabinets, i) Gun metal fire brigade suction house coupling, j) Air cushion tanks, k) NRV’s of different dia., l) Butterfly valves of different dia, m) valves, pressure switches, n) AVR, cabling , wires, electricity and earthing, o)terrace tanks, pump room and its white washing and painting, p) water storage tanks, q) obtaining Fire NOC and fire drill etc., r) filling of logbooks, s) providing all type of consumables pertaining to fire fighting machinery & equipment including periodic maintenance of DG engine pump set, jockey Pump set and all electromechanical equipments. Any other item of the Fire fighting system not mentioned in the above description, but found necessary for the functioning of the plant, is deemed to be covered under the OC and CAMC contract.
