Servicing ,cleaning ,testing and Commissioning of 400 Amp 11 KV HT OCB including oiling all mechanical parts clearing all electrical contact with chemical, cleaning of bus bar nut bolts and checking all electrical connections of all accessories link armature , voltmeter ,KWH meter,CTFT etc, carrying out insulation test complete with testing of tripling mechanism etc . as required.

Calibration of IDMT relay having over current & 1 earth fault relay with secondary injuction kit after servicing cleaning etc. including chemically all electric wiring upto tripping circuit complete as required.

Servicing cleaning and resting of LT ACBs and bush couple 1000 AMP including cleaning of terminal with chemical all mechanical moving parts conducting insulation test of LT panel setting at static release etc .as required.

Servicing and testing of 400 to 1000 KVAoil type transformer i/c cleaning of all parts with CRC/CTC decarbonising of enclosure , tighening of incoming and outgoing connections and repairing of enclosure doors for proper locking etc as required.

Carrying out insulation test with HT mugger of 500/630 KV ,11 KV , transformer HT cable bushtrunking upto HT panels, LT panel respectively including testing and dielectric strength of transformer all complete as required.

Dehydration, filtration of transformer oil with portable dehydration machine to achive dielectric strength above 50 KV including testing carrying out test of dielectric strength oil before and after dhydration complete as required.

Supplying and adding of ISI marked dehydrated transformer oil to transformer.HT OCB , FT etc. as required.

Supplying & replacement of silica gel suitable for following capicity of transformer - 500/630 KVA.

Cleaning of outer surface of exisiting 500 KVA transformer in installed position i/c painting of the outer surface of the said transformer with approved quality and colour enamel paint complete as required.

Main LT panel servicing & replacement of damage part thimble , bush bar , nut bolt, separtor & cleaning with CTC chemical complete job at site.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.
