WIDENING AND STRENGTHENING WORK OF THE PAREWA VAISHYA TO DUNIDAM ROAD (CHAINAGE 9.380 TO 19.080) AND MAJHOLA ROAD TO DUNIDAM ROAD (CHAINAGE 8.100 TO 9.000) (O.D.R.) UNDER THE R.S.N. F.Y. 2025-26 IN DISTRICT PILIBHIT

Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thicknessas per MORTH Specification section 200 complete in all respects.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved materialas per MORTH Specification section 200, 300 complete in all respects.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MORTH specifications, as per MORTH Specifications section 300 complete in all respects.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 of MORTH specifications, as per MORTH Specifications section 300 complete in all respects.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of MORTH Specifications Section 300, table No. 300-2 of MORTH specifications section 300 complete in all respects. (Carted Upto 5.00 Km)

Construction of granular sub-base Grading 1 by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, as per section 400 of MORTH specifications complete in all respects.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORTH Specification Clause 406 (4.14)

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade emulsion (HINCOL) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. As per MORTH Specification Clause 502 (5.1)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grading 1 with 80 - 100 TPH capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (IOC/HPCL) @ 4.0 per cent, mini., by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification section 500 complete in all respects.
