Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 1 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr or part their of in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches as in sand cushioning for cable protection spread to uniform 23 cm thick and punch down gently to 18 cm after laying cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Compacted thickness i.e. 18cm shall be measured and paid only)

Supply & Laying for un reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class HVP Type-1 with peak, of size 300 X 180 X 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 map working pressure complete all as directed.

Taking out / down existing unserviceable 11KV, HT UG cable from trenches/duct/ HT poles of any cross sectional area including disconnecting, including taking out PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes, UG cables etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items (ii) Serviceable cable covers, cables and GI pipes shall be kept aside for re-use

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 95 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 above but of cross sectional area of 120 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for relaying heavy duty HT under ground cable of any size,11KV grade complete all as specified & directed. Note: Serviceable cables obtained vide Item No 08 shall be re-used.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made out of 30CmX20CmX3 mm thick MS sheet of suitable size (As approved by Engr-in-charge) duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction, Nature of cable(i.e MAFI,MRS,SUb station etc.), size of cable(in SQMM),type of cable(HT/LT cable) with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) with PCC 20cmx20cmx15cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M & L for fault finding of HT 11 kV 3 core, XLPE cable of size 95/120/185 sqmm by thumping and echo instrument/ computer aided fault finding kit, and finding out exact location of the fault complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :(i) Necessary excavavation, reterning refilling and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule.

Supplying and jointing in repair straight through jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE UG cable of size 3core 70/95 sqmm aluminum conductor and testing complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Make: Birla 3M/Denson/M Seal/Raychem)

Supplying and jointing in repair straight through jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE UG cable of size 3core 120/185sqmm aluminum conductor and testing complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Make: Birla 3M/Denson/M Seal/Raychem)

Supply and fix in repair Indoor type cable terminations(heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for 3 core 11KV HT U/G XLPE cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm Sq.mm including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge Make - M-Seal/Denson/Raychem or equivalent.)

Supply and fix in repair outdoor type cable terminations(heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for 3 core 11KV U/G XLPE cable of size 50 to 95 Sq.mm including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make - M-Seal/ Denson/Raychem/Birla 3M or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair Indoor type cable end terminations(heat shrinkable) with all accessories suitable for 3 core 11KV U/G XLPE cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm Sq.mm including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(Make: M-Seal/Denson/Raychem) or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair outdoor type cable end terminations(heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core 11KV U/G XLPE cable of size 120 to 185 Sq.mm including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(Make:M-Seal/Denson/Raychem/Birla 3M) or equivalent.

M & L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet with vitreous enamelled with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25 x 20cm all as specified and Directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any size/type all as specified and as directed.

M & L for ACSR aluminium conductor, steel reinforced of suitable size all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Labour only for Restringing of HT overhead lines (Each span i.e span of 3 lines) of conductor with permissible sag including properly binding with insulators and binding with new ACSR conductor of same size after restringing all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle etc complete and setting aside for re-use within 50m or for offering credit all as directed.

M & L for cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from sturctural steel sections including nuts,bolts, washers, weldding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of Synthetic enamel paint

Dismantling insulators of any type and any size all as directed.

M/L for pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulators including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers one GI nut 150mm height 150mm dia for 11 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L disc insulator porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255mm dia ball and sockent type, white brorwn or green single disc assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of lightening arresters of any size.

M & L for lightinening arresters outdoor use expulsion type suitable for HT 11 KV with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down GOD alongwith dropout fuse assembly of any capacity all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for gang operated device( GOD) HT 11 KV outdoor type suitable for vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulators and frame with operating mechanism( including GI pipe medium grade 25mm dia pipe,necessary supports) worked from ground level complete with locking arrangements including pad locks with key of rating 200Amps all as specified and directed.( Make Jayashree/Jayapuria/BHEL/GODREJ)

Repairs to air break gang operated switches / vertical / horizontal mounted 200Amps/400 Amps including operating mechanism for replacement of broken / worn out components for moving contacts blades, fixed contact jaw, copper braided tape, MS supports, back connected plates, jumper carriers. Note : Spare / components shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item and Fixing charges for labour shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

M&L for expulsion fuse unit assembly, out door type,single pole 200 Amps capacity including fuse element 25 Amps to 50 Amps and insulator conforming to IS specifications suitable for HT 11KV all as specified and directed.

M&L for jumper connections between GOD and drop out fuses and transformers with ACSR conductor 6/1X3.35 mm (rabbit) not exe. 2 mtr long including necessary lugs where ever required /aluminum heavy duty PG clamps / binding properly without any loose contact all as directed after removing the old jumpers including PVC sleeve not more than 1.70 Rm all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 41 above length exceeding 2 mtr but not exe. 3.5 mtr long including PVC sleeve not more than 3.2 Rm

Material and labour for repair and maint of HT 11KV Six pole structure by repalcing galvanized PG clamps,GI bolts and nuts,pieces of ACSR conductor with insulation of any size as jumpers including lubricating the moving pars of AB switch and cleaning of all disc/pin insulators and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/salt deposits over the surfaces including applying one coat of red oxide primer on rusted portions after preparation of surfaces & applying a coat of aluminium paint to the entire steel structure complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The rate quoted to be included the rate of PG Clamps, Sleeve for jumpers,GI nuts and bolts etc (ii) The rate quoted deemed to be included the rate of lubrication of moving parts, silicon compound for prevention of arcing (iii) The rate deemed to be included the rate of two coats of aluminium painting of all pole of the structure

M & L for Preparing old faded painted surfaces of 11m long steel tubular pole complete including all accessories such as cross arms bracings, brackets etc and paints with two coats of Aluminium paint of approved tint including painting with white and blue colour alternatively upto 1.2 M from bottom, writing pole number with paint same as existing earlier and also all as directed

Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yards after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / spreading back the aggregate complete all as directed at site . Note:- All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by repeatedly removing the grass/weeds as many as times depending on the growth of the grass.

M&L for Servicing to vaccum circuit breakers of rating 400/630/800 Amps, 11 KV, 3 Phase of different Make by removing incoming and outgoing cable connections, moving and fixed contacts cleaning the parts with CTC, servicing contactors, checking the VCB panel healthiness of faults tripping system by using secondary injection method and checking breaker, closing coils, improving the insulation resistance and re-assembling the same with new or old spares and incl Calibration of Earth fault relays (Electro Mechanical), Over current relay (Electro Mechanical) and Micro processor based numerical relay with programmable alarm Annunciator relay setting for the fault levels by primary injection method system and testing the operation of Vaccum Circuit Breaker after calibration of relays by simulating different types of faults all as specified and as directedchecking the proper functioning of the Whole VCB all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) New spare shall be measured and paid separtely under relevant items of schedule 'A'. (ii) Hiring of technician/service engineer from manufacturer is the responsibility of contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix Spring charging motor with gear 24 V DC suitable for existing VCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for repair and servicing of battery bank which is located inside the man receiving station battery leads and battery terminals and testing the terminals complete all as specifed and directed. Note:(i) The rate deemed to be the included the rate of pouring of electrolyte to the batteries, replacing of battery leads and any other minor spares if necessary etc.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm size burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mm below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm size upto 7.5 m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no. 5 of SSR part-1 including necessary excavation earth work, drilling of holes for electrode, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, RCC cover slab, 50 mm thick with 1:2:4 type B1, using 8 mm CTD bars 140 mm C/C both- way with suitable handle ,watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, charcoal, salt all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge including taking down old u/s earthing assembly all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthling etc as required 32X6mm GI Strip all as specified and directed.

Cutting tree branches below, top and around the HT 11 KV/33KV line and clearing not less than two mtrs around the line and keeping the line clearance through out the contract period by trimming the branches repeatedly as many as times required, depending on the growth of new branches including clearing the site by depositing the branches to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as directed by Engr-in - Charge.

M & L for Cutting and clearing of fallen down trees and branches of any size from HT/LT over head lines and clearing the site by depositing the wood to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as directed by Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer and pole structure area.

M & L for laying of synthetic insulating mat infront of HT33KV installations of size 2Mx1Mx3mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying of synthetic insulating mat infront of HT11 KV installations of size 2Mx1Mx2.5mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2,40mm graded aggregate ffor foundation of poles etc.. All as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1,20mm graded aggregate for coping of poles etc. All as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing damged steel/PCC pole with taking down all clamps/brackets/disc/overhead etc and breaking the foundation complete all as directed

Supply and errect Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 metres long) on specified location complete all as specified and directed.
